Income And Demography Probability On Household Expenditures For Leisure Time

Seiring berkembangnya zaman, pola konsumsi rumah tangga mengalami pergeseran dari yang semula mengonsumsi barang (goods-based consumption) menjadi mengonsumsi pengalaman (experience-based consumption). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana probabilitas pendapatan dan demografi terhadap pengeluaran rumah tangga untuk leisure time. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan data diolah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi logistik biner. Hasil yang ditunjukkan adalah variabel pendapatan, umur kepala rumah tangga (KRT), jam kerja pekerjaan utama KRT, status perkawinan KRT, daerah tempat tinggal rumah tangga, jumlah anggota rumah tangga, jenis kelamin KRT, tingkat pendidikan KRT, dan pekerjaan utama KRT dapat memberikan pengaruh signifikan serta meningkatkan probabilitas pengeluaran rumah tangga untuk leisure time dalam porsinya masing-masing.

Household consumption patterns have shifted from goods-based to experience-based consumption over time. The purpose of this research is to identify the income and demographic probability of household expenditures for leisure time. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data is processed using binary logistic regression analysis techniques. The results show that income variables, the age of the head of household, the working hours of the main work of the head of household, the marital status of the head of household, the area of residence of the household, the number of household members, the gender of the head of household, the level of education of the head of household, and the main occupation of the head of household can provide significant influence and increase the possibility of household spending for leisure time according to their respective portions.
