Penerapan Media Pinball untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Tata Kecantikan SMKN 8 Surabaya

Application of Pinball Media to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Class X Beauty Education of SMKN 8 Surabaya

Mata pelajaran Anatomi Fisiologi menjadi salah satu mata pelajaran yang sulit bagi sebagian besar siswa karena terdapat bahasa latin. Guru pengajar juga masih menggunakan media pembelajaran yang monoton. Hal ini berpengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan penerapan media pinball, peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, serta respon siswa pada media pinball yang diterapkan pada mata pelajaran Anatomi Fisiologi. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Pre Experimental dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest and  Posttest Design. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan siswa kelas X Tata Kecantikan sebanyak siswa 33 siswa dari total populasi 98 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria nilai Anatomi Fisiologi yang terendah. Metode penelitian terdiri dari (1) observasi, (2) tes, dan (3) angket. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan antara lain: (1) instrumen obervasi, (2) instrumen tes, dan (3) instrumen angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu: (1) analisis keterlaksanaan penerapan media pinball menggunakan persentase, (2) uji hipotesis, dan (3) analisis respon siswa menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) analisis keterlaksanaan penerapan media pinball sebesar 100%; (2) uji hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan Sig. (2-tailed) yang diperoleh sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai t_hitung14.159 > t_tabel2.037, dengan nilai rerata pretest sebesar 53,48 dan posttest sebesar 86,52. Hal ini menunjukkan ada perbedaan nilai rerata secara signifikan hasil belajar antara sebelum dan setelah menerapkan media pinball; (3) analisis respon siswa pada penerapan media pinball mendapatkan persentase sebesar 94% dengan kategori sangat baik.

The Anatomy and Physiology subject is one of the most difficult subjects for most students because there is Latin. Teaching teachers also still use monotonous learning media. This has an effect on student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the implementation of pinball media, increase student learning outcomes, and student responses to pinball media applied to Anatomy and Physiology subjects. The type of approach used is Pre Experimental with the One Group Pretest and Posttest Design research design. The sample used was class X Beauty Cosmetology as many as 33 students from a total population of 98 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the lowest Anatomy and Physiology criteria. The research method consists of (1) observation, (2) test, and (3) questionnaire. The research instruments used included: (1) observation instruments, (2) test instruments, and (3) questionnaire instruments. The data analysis techniques used were: (1) analysis of the implementation of pinball media using percentages, (2) hypothesis testing, and (3) student response analysis using percentages. The results of the study show: (1) the analysis of the implementation of pinball media is 100%; (2) the research hypothesis test shows Sig. (2-tailed) obtained by 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 14.159 > ttable 2.037, with an average pretest value of 53.48 and a posttest of 86.52. This shows that there is a significant difference in the average value of learning outcomes between before and after applying the pinball media; (3) analysis of student responses to the application of pinball media to get a percentage of 94% in the very good category.
