The Role Of The Effectiveness Of The Principal In Improving The Performance Of Basic Education Teachers In The Time Of The Covid-19 Pandemic
Pandemi Covid-19, yang melanda seluruh dunia telah membawa dampak perubahan. Salah satu dampak yang terjadi pada dunia pendidikan. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan mengalami perubahan yang signifikan. Untuk menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19 guru dituntut untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, dalam hal ini keefektifan kepala sekolah memegang peranan yang penting dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Gagasan artikel ini penulis memfokuskan tentang peran keefektifan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pendidikan dasar pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan melakukan telaah 10 jurnal internasional dan 10 jurnal nasional. Hasil telaah jurnal ini yaitu efektifitas kepala sekolah sangat penting, bahwa kepala sekolah harus bisa memberikan tantangan kepada guru dalam proses belajar mengajar atau penyampaian kepada peserta didik. Kepala sekolah harus bisa memberikan trobosan ke dalam sistem pengajaran di sekolah khususnya di masa pandemi Covid-19, sistem pengajaran dikemas dalam bentuk digital atau online, Kepala sekolah membuat skenario untuk proses belajar mengajar dengan menerapkan 50% SFH (Study From Home) dan SFS (Study From School), Kepala sekolah membuat semacam perlombaan antar guru di bidang yang sama. Tujuan dari perlombaan ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan untuk mengukur sejauh mana guru itu memahami bidang yang mereka ajarkan.Dari hasil telaah jurnal dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran keefektifan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pendidikan dasar sangat menunjang perubahan untuk peserta didik di masa Pandemi Covid-19.

Pandemi Covid-19, which has swept across the world, has brought about changes. One of the impacts on the world of education. The delivery of education in educational institutions has undergone significant changes. To deal with the Covid-19 Pandemic, teachers are required to improve teacher performance, in this case the effectiveness of the principal plays an important role in efforts to improve teacher performance. The idea of this article is the author focuses on improving the performance of basic education teachers. This article uses the literature study method by analyzing 10 international journals and 10 national journals. The results of this journal's review are the effectiveness of the principal is very important, that the principal must be able to provide challenges to teachers in the teaching and learning process or delivery to students, the principal must be able to provide a breakthrough into the teaching system in schools, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. , the teaching system is packaged in digital or online form. The principal makes a scenario for the teaching and learning process by implementing 50% SFH (Study From Home) and 50% SFS (Study From School), the Principal makes a kind of competition between teachers in the same field. The aim of this competition is to improve teacher competence and to measure the extent to which teachers understand the areas they teach. From the results of the journal review, it can be concluded that the increase in the performance of basic education teachers greatly supports changes for students during the Covid-19 Pandemi.
