DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MEDIA SCRUND (SCRAPBOOK BANGUN DATAR) FOR GRADE IV SD
Matematika seringkali diklaim menjadi salah satu mata pelajaran yang sulit, terlebih lagi pada materi geometri. Hal ini disebabkan kurang adanya media pembelajaran yang dimiliki pendidik maupun satuan pendidik. Dengan adanya masalah tersebut peneliti melakukan penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran Scrund (SrcapBook Bangun Datar). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan media pembelajaran Scrund dan mengukur tingkat kelayakan produk media Scrund. Berdasarkan hasil kevalidan dan kepraktisan media ini dapat digunakan peserta didik kelas IV SD dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Research and Development (R & D) model Borg n Gall yang memiliki 10 tahapan namun oleh peneliti disederhanakan menjadi 7 tahapan potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, perbaikan desain, uji coba produk dan revisi produk akhir. Uji coba media dilakukan dengan 20 peserta didik kelas IV di SDN Krembangan Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapat hasil kevalidan materi sebesar 93,75% dan validasi media sebesar 93,51,6%. Tingkat kepraktisan media diperoleh melalui hasil respon peserta didik terhadap media sebesar 96,81%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan media Scrund (SrcapBook Bangun Datar) layak untuk digunakan.
Mathematics is a branch of science that is studied by students at every level. however, mathematics is often claimed to be one of the most difficult subjects, especially in geometry. This is due to the lack of learning media owned by educators and teaching units. With this problem, researchers conducted research on the development of Scrund learning media (SrcapBook Bangun Datar). The purpose of this study was to determine the process of developing Srcund learning media and to measure the feasibility level of Scrund media products. From the results of the validity and practicality of this media, it can be used by fourth grade elementary school students in learning. This study uses the Research and Development (R & D) methodology of the Borg n Gall model which has 10 stages but the researchers simplified it into 7 stages of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product testing and final product revision. . The media trial was conducted with 20 fourth grade students at SDN Krembangan, Sidoarjo. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained material validity of 93.75% and media validation of 93.51.6%. The level of practicality of the media obtained through the results of student responses to the media was 96.81%. So it can be concluded that the Scund media (SrcapBook Bangun Datar) is feasible to use.
