ENVIRONMENTAL GRAPHIC DESIGN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ECOTOURISM IN THE WONOREJO MANGROVE FOREST
Ekowisata Mangrove Wonorejo memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata, edukasi dan konservasi alam khususnya mangrove. Namun, cukup disayangkankan untuk mengoptimaliasasi potensi tersebut masih memerlukan perhatian terhadap aspek sistem informasi visual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang environmental graphic design yang baik dan efektif untuk pengembangan Ekowisata Mangrove Wonorejo. Hasil perancangan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengunjung, memudahkan pengunjung dalam bernavigasi serta penyampaian edukasi mengenai mangrove yang efektif khususnya pada anak-anak. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan analisis visual di lokasi penelitian, studi literatur mengenai prinsip-prinsip environmental graphic design serta perancangan elemen environmental graphic design. Hasil perancangan ini akan diimplementasikan untuk menciptakan sistem informasi visual yang baru dan informatif, mencapai tujuan ekowisata, dan meningkatkan kembali daya tarik Ekowisata Mangrove Wonorejo.
Wonorejo Mangrove Ecotourism has great potential as a tourist destination, education and nature conservation, especially mangroves. However, it is quite unfortunate that to optimize this potential still requires attention to aspects of the visual information system. This research aims to design a good and effective environmental graphic design for the development of Wonorejo Mangrove Ecotourism. The results of this design are expected to improve the visitor experience, make it easier for visitors to navigate and deliver effective education about mangroves, especially for children. This research method involves visual analysis at the research location, literature study on the principles of environmental graphic design and design of environmental graphic design elements. The results of this design will be implemented to create a new and informative visual information system, achieve ecotourism goals, and increase the attractiveness of Wonorejo Mangrove Ecotourism.
