Tingkat pengangguran lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) masih relatif tinggi, lulusan SMK diharapkan dapat berwirausaha untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut, namun hasil belajar siswa pada Elemen Profesi dan Kewirausahaan masih rendah. Kemudian adanya program Student Company yang belum diketahui secara empiris bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Student Company dan Minat Berwirausaha terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada elemen Profesi dan Kewirausahaan di SMKN 5 Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan Purposive Sampling yang terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas X jurusan Konstruksi Gedung Sanitasi (KGS) yang mengikuti program Student Company. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner untuk mengukur Student Company dan Minat Berwirausaha serta dokumentasi nilai Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) sebagai indikator Hasil Belajar. Kemudian data dianalisa menggunakan Regresi Sederhada dan Regresi Ganda. Pada teknik analisis data didapatkan hasil : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan negatif antara Student Company terhadap hasil belajar elemen profesi dan kewirausahaan yang dibuktikan dengan nilai sig(0,019) < α (0,05) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan negatif antara minat berwirausaha dengan hasil belajar elemen profesi dan kewirausahaan yang dibuktikan melalui nilai sig(0,013) < α (0,05) pada taraf signifikansi 5%; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan negatif antara student company dan minat berwirausaha secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar elemen profesi dan kewirausahaan yang terbukti melalui nilai sig(0,043) < α (0,05) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel student company dan minat berwirausaha cukup kuat untuk mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa yang diukur melalui nilai akademik, sehingga diperlukan variabel hasil belajar yang diukur dalam ranah praktik untuk memperkuat teori pengaruh negatif ini.

The unemployment rate among Vocational High School (SMK) graduates remains relatively high. SMK graduates are expected to become entrepreneurs to overcome this challenge. However, student learning outcomes in the Professional and Entrepreneurship Elements are still low. Additionally, the impact of the Student Company program on learning outcomes has not been empirically determined. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Student Company program and entrepreneurial interest on student learning outcomes in the Professional and Entrepreneurship Elements at SMKN 5 Surabaya. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling and consisted of 30 tenth-grade students majoring in Building and Sanitation Construction (KGS) who participated in the Student Company program. Data collection techniques included questionnaires to measure Student Company and entrepreneurial interest, as well as documentation of final semester exam (UAS) scores as indicators of learning outcomes. Data were then analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression analysis. The results of the data analysis showed: (1) a significant negative effect of the Student Company program on learning outcomes in the Professional and Entrepreneurship Elements, as indicated by a significance value of sig(0.019) < α (0.05) at a 5% significance level; (2) a significant negative effect of entrepreneurial interest on learning outcomes in the Professional and Entrepreneurship Elements, as indicated by a significance value of sig(0.013) < α (0.05) at a 5% significance level; (3) a significant negative simultaneous effect of the Student Company program and entrepreneurial interest on learning outcomes in the Professional and Entrepreneurship Elements, as indicated by a significance value of sig(0.043) < α (0.05) at a 5% significance level. These findings indicate that the Student Company program and entrepreneurial interest strongly influence student learning outcomes, as measured by academic scores. Therefore, learning outcomes should also be measured through practical assessments to strengthen the theory of this negative effect.
