Evaluation of the Science Class Program at Frateran Catholic High School Surabaya
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis (1) konteks yang ada dalam program science class Ditinjau dari kebutuhan program dan tujuan program, (2) agar dapat menganalisis masukan (input) yang ada dalam program science class ditinjau dari sumber daya manusia, kurikulum, saran dan prasarana pendukung, sumber dana dan berbagai prosedur dan aturan yang diperlukan (3) menganalisis roses pelaksanaan program science class di SMA Katolik Frateran Surabaya ditinjau dari lama program, pelaksanaan, monitoring, serta penilaian. (4) product yang telah dicapai dari pelaksanaan program science class di SM Katolik Fateran Surabaya ditinjau dari nilai program. (5) outcome yang telah dicapai dari pelaksanaan program science classdi SMAK Frateran Surabaya ditinjau dari kiprah lulusan di Pendidikan lanjutan dan masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Dalam teknik analisis data, peneliti menggunakan kondensasi, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Sedangkan untuk validasi data, peneliti menggunakan kredibilitas standar kebenaran data dan teknik trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian evaluasi program science class di SMA Katolik frateran surabaya mengungkapkan temuan sebagai berikut; tingkat ketuntasan KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimim) yang diperoleh peserta didik Science Class sangat baik. Presentase ketuntasan 83% dan persentase yang belum mencapai ketuntasan 17%, hasil ini diperoleh karena system manjament kepemimpinan yang mengontrol dan mengevaluasi programsecara berkelanjutan. Kepemimpinan yang baik dari kepala sekolah berperan penting untuk meningkatan dan pengembangan mutu, selain itu system pengukung lainnya baik guru, saranaprasarana dan kemampuan SDM saling berintregrasi dengan baik. System management dan kebijakan pemimpin akan menentukan arah pengembangan sekolah dan sangat berpengaruh pada program science class, dan mempertahankan program tersebut. This study aims to find out and analyze (1) the context in the science class program in terms of program needs and program objectives, (2) to be able to analyze the inputs in the science class program in terms of human resources, curriculum,suggestions and supporting infrastructure, sources of funds and various procedures and rules needed (3) analyze the roses of the implementation of the science class program at Senior High School Katolik Frateran Surabaya in terms of the length of the program, implementation, monitoring, and assessment. (4) the productsthat havebeen achieved from the implementation of the science class program at SM Katolik Fateran Surabaya in terms of program value. (5) the outcomes that have been achieved from implementing the science class program at Senior High School Frateran Surabaya in terms of graduates' work in further education and the community. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. In data analysis techniques, researchers use condensation, presentation of data, and drawing of conclusions. As for data validation, researchers use the credibility of data correctness standards and triangulation techniques. The results of the research on the evaluation of the scienceclass program at the Catholic High School in Surabaya revealed the following findings; The level of completion of KKM (Minimum Completion Criteria) obtained by Science Class students is very good. The percentage of completion is 83% and the percentage that has not reached completion is 17%, this result is obtained because of the leadership management system that controls and evaluates the program on an ongoing basis. Good leadership from the principal plays an important role in improving and developing quality, in addition to other supporting systems, both teachers, infrastructure and human resources capabilities integrate well with each other. System management and policy leaders will determine the direction of school development and greatly influence the science class program, and maintain the program.
