Pendidikan untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus telah ditetapkan dalam Undang-Undang No 8 tahun 2016 pasal 10 tentang penyandang disabilitas disebutkan bahwa penyandang disabilitas berhak mendapatkan pendidikan yang bermutu pada satuan pendidikan di semua jenis, jalur, dan jenjang pendidikan secara inklusif dan khusus. Anak berkebutuhan khusus memerlukan pendidikan dan penanganan khusus sesuai dengan gangguan perkembangan yang dialami anak. Oleh sebab itu perlu suatu media pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk menyampaikan materi baik secara verbal maupun lisan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis literasi visual dengan strategi writing-to-learn yang layak ditinjau dari kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan untuk memperdalam pemahaman konsep pada materi zat aditif makanan pada peserta didik tunarungu di SMPLB. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/ R&D) sampai pada tahap uji coba terbatas. Sumber data adalah peserta didik tunarungu di SMPLB Negeri Gedangan Sidoarjo dengan jumlah 5 peserta didik, penelaah yaitu dosen Jurusan Kimia dan guru IPA di SMPLB serta validator yaitu dosen Jurusan PLB, dosen Jurusan Kimia, dan guru IPA di SMPLB. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar telaah, validasi, observasi aktivitas peserta didik, angket respon peserta didik, soal tes pemahaman materi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 16-17 Januari 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelayakan LKPD ditinjau dari kevalidan yaitu isi dan konstruk rentang persentase sebesar 75%-94%. Komponen kepraktisan yaitu aktivitas siswa mendapatkan persentase sebesar 100% dan respon siswa rentang persentase sebesar 80%-100%. Komponen keefektifan yaitu tes hasil belajar peserta didik rentang nilai 80-100 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 100%. Dengan demikian LKPD yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT ACTIVITY SHEET FOOD ADDITIVE MATERIALS WITH WRITING-TO-LEARN STRATEGIES FOR

Education for children with special needs has been stipulated in Article 10 of Law No. 8 of 2016 concerning persons with disabilities. It is stated that persons with disabilities have the right to get quality education in education units in all types, lines and levels of education in an inclusive and special manner. Children with special needs need special education and treatment in accordance with the developmental disorders experienced by children. Therefore it is necessary for a learning media that is suitable for conveying material both verbally and in writing. The purpose of this study was to develop an appropriate LKPD-based on visual literacy with writing to learn strategies in term of validity, practicality,and effectiveness to deepen the understanding of concepts in food additives in hearing impairment students in the SMPLB. The type of research is research and development (Research and Development / R & D) until the limited testing phase. Sources of the data is hearing impairment students in SMPLB with a total of 5 students, reviewer consisting of lecturers Department of Chemistry and a science teacher of SMPLB, validators consisting of lecturers Department of Chemistry and PLB as well as a science teacher of SMPLB. The research instrument is a study sheet, validation, observation of students activities, student questionnaire responses, and the ability of test questions. Data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The study was conducted on January 16th -17th 2018. The results show that the appropriateness LKPD in terms of content and construct validity, that has average percentage of 75%-94%. Components practicality were students activities, get a percentage of 100% and student responses an average of 80%-100%. Component of the effectiveness was test capability, based on an average test score 80-100 get 100% classical completeness. Thus, the developed LKPD is appropriate to be utilized as an instructional media.
