ANALISIS KECEPATAN PELARI DALAM MELAKUKAN PERTAHANAN PADA PENALTY CORNER PERMAINAN OLAHRAGA HOCKEY

RUNNER SPEED ANALYSIS IN DEFENSE ON PENALTY CORNER HOCKEY SPORT GAME

Dalam Olahraga hockey menggagalkan sebuah goal dapat menggunakan berbagai cara, salah satunya yaitu melakukan blocking pada penalty corner dan ada dua macam yang menjadi faktor keberhasilan daalam menggagalkan sebuah penalty corner antara lain yaitu penentuan posisi pelari dalam bertahan dan kecepatan pelari pertama dalam melaukan blocking. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penentuan posisi pemain bertahan untuk menutup ruang tembak yang paling efektif yang digunakan oleh para tim pada saat pertandingan indoor hockey world cup 2018 dan juga menganalisis kecepatan bola dari pusher menuju stopper atau shooter sehingga menjadikan waktu tersebut target bagi pelari pertama. Pendekatan penelitian ini dengan kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan metode pengambilan data berupa analisis dokumentasi video dan mencatat waktu bola pada saat penalty corner  dengan menghitung rata-rata untuk mendapatkan hasil catatan waktu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa penentuan posisi bertahan sangat menentukan dalam menggagalkan bola dengan masing-masing pos. Catatan waktu yang diperoleh dari menghitung rata-rata yaitu 0,53 detik, dengan adanya catatan waktu tersebut dapat dijadikan target bagi pelari pertama untuk blocking shooting lawan. Dari hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlunya program latihan khusus dengan materi penentuan posisi bertahan saat penalty corner dan penentuan pemilihan pelari pertama.

In hockey sports thwarting a goal can use a variety of ways, one of which is blocking on the penalty corner and there are two kinds of success factors that can thwart a penalty corner, among others, the determination of the position of runners in defense and the speed of the first runner in doing blocking. The purpose of the study was to find out the positioning of defenders to close out the most effective firing range used by teams during the 2018 indoor hockey world cup games and also analyze the speed of the ball from pusher to stopper or shooter making that time a target for the first runner. This research approach is quantitatively descriptive, with the method of data retrieval in the form of video documentation analysis and recording the time of the ball at the penalty corner by calculating the average to get the results of the time record. Based on the results of the study, that the determination of defensive position is very decisive in thwarting the ball with each post. The record time obtained from calculating the average is 0.53 seconds, with the record time can be used as a target for the first runner to blocking shooting opponents. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the need for a special training program with defensive positioning materials during penalty corners and the determination of the selection of the first runner.
