Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Unmet Need KB Pada Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) Di Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo

Analysis of Factors Affecting Unmet Need for Family Planning in Fertile Age Couples (PUS) in Sedati District Sidoarjo Regency

Data dari Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, dan KB (P3AKB) tahun 2019 menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Sedati merupakan Kecamatan dengan presentase Unmet Need KB tertinggi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo yakni 12,9%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor umur ibu, paritas, pendidikan ibu, pengetahuan ibu, pekerjaan ibu, pendapatan keluarga, efek samping kontrasepsi, dukungan suami, terhadap Unmet Need KB serta menganalisis faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Unmet Need KB di Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoaarjo.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey analitik, dengan rancangan penelitian case control. Subyek kasus yaitu semua ibu yang termasuk dalam Unmet Need KB sejumlah 60 responden dan akan dibandingkan dengan subyek kontrol yakni semua ibu yang bukan termasuk Unmet Need KB sejumlah 60 responden dengan matching jarak ke pusat kesehatan yakni Puskesmas Sedati. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan chi Square dan regresi logistik berganda.

Hasil analisis menggunakan chi Square menunjukkan bahwa variable yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Unmet Need KB di Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo adalah variabel umur ibu (p=0,001) dengan odd ratio = 3,7. Variabel paritas ibu (p=0,048) dengan odd ratio = 2,4. Variabel pendidikan ibu (p=0,018) dengan odd ratio = 2,3. Variabel efek samping kontrasepsi (p=0,000) dengan odd ratio = 4,3. Variabel dukungan suami (p=0,022) dengan odd ratio = 2,6. Hasil penelitian melalui uji regresi logistik ganda diketahui bahwa variable yang paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Unmet Need KB di kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo adalah umur ibu (p=0,000) dan efek samping kontrasepsi (p=0,000).

This type of research is analytic survey, with a case control research design. The case subjects were all mothers who were included in the Unmet Need KB with a total of 60 respondents and would be compared with the control subjects, namely all mothers who were not included in the Unmet Need KB with a total of 60 respondents with a matching distance to the health center, namely the Sedati Puskesmas. Data collection techniques using interviews with questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used Chi Square and multiple logistic regression.

The results of the analysis using Chi Square showed that the variable that had a significant effect on Unmet Need for Family Planning in Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency was the variable of maternal age (p = 0.001) with odds ratio = 3.7. Maternal parity variable (p = 0.048) with odds ratio = 2.4. Maternal education variable (p = 0.018) with odds ratio = 2.3. Contraceptive side effect variable (p = 0.000) with odds ratio = 4.3. Husband support variable (p = 0.022) with odds ratio = 2.6. The results of the study through multiple logistic regression test showed that the variables that had the most significant influence on Unmet Need for Family Planning in Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency were maternal age (p = 0.000) and contraceptive side effects (p = 0.000).
