Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan flipbook ekosistem berbasis Problem Based Learning untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas X SMA yang layak secara teoretis berdasarkan validasi dan layak secara empiris berdasarkan keterbacaan, keterlaksanaan, respons peserta didik dan guru biologi, serta ketercapaian keterampilan berpikir kritis. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Surabaya pada bulan Januari – Mei 2023. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode validasi, keterbacaan, pengamatan, angket respons, dan tes. Metode analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Flipbook yang telah dikembangkan diuji coba kan kepada 38 peserta didik kelas X3 SMAN 2 Lamongan. Hasil validasi oleh ahli diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 99,2% dengan kategori sangat layak. Keterbacaan flipbook memperoleh hasil pada level 10 yang artinya sesuai digunakan untuk kelas X SMA. Keterlaksanaan flipbook memperoleh skor rata-rata 95,8% dengan kategori sangat baik. Angket respons peserta didik memperoleh skor 98% dan guru biologi sebesar 100% dengan kategori sangat positif. Dan hasil ketercapaian keterampilan berupa posttest yang memperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 94,7% dengan kategori sangat baik.

This study aims to produce problem-based learning-based ecosystem flipbooks to train the critical thinking skills of class X SMA students that are theoretically feasible based on validation and empirically feasible based on readability, applicability, responses of students and biology teachers, and achievement of critical thinking skills. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research was conducted at the Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, State University of Surabaya in January - May 2023. Data collection techniques were carried out using validation, readability, observation, response questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis method was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner. The developed flipbook was tested on 38 class X3 students of SMAN 2 Lamongan. The validation results by experts obtained an average score of 99.2% with a very decent category. Flipbook readability results at level 10, which means it is suitable for use in class X SMA. Flipbook execution obtained an average score of 95.8% in the very good category. Student response questionnaires obtained a score of 98% and biology teachers 100% with a very positive category. And the results of skill achievement in the form of a posttest obtained an average score of 94.7% in the very good category.
