Hubungan antara Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dengan Keterikatan Kerja pada Guru SMK
The Relationship between Quality of Work Life and Work Engagement in Vocational High School Teachers
Guru memegang peran penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan sehingga kesejahteraan dan kontribusinya perlu diperhatikan. Keterikatan kerja guru dipengaruhi oleh persepsinya terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja. Guru yang merasa didukung cenderung lebih terlibat secara emosional, kognitif, dan fisik dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja pada guru SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional yang dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri “X” Surabaya dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 86 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert menggunakan instrumen skala kualitas kehidupan kerja dan keterikatan kerja. Analisis data menggunakan Pearson Product Moment menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,699 dengan signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05), yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif kuat antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan keterikatan kerja guru.
Teachers have an important role in improving the quality of education, so their welfare and contribution need to be considered. Teachers' work engagement is influenced by their perception of the quality of work life. Teachers who feel supported tend to be more emotionally, cognitively, and physically involved in carrying out their duties. This study aims to determine the relationship between quality of work life and work engagement in vocational teachers. This study used a correlational quantitative method conducted at SMK Negeri “X” Surabaya with a saturated sample of 86 teachers. Data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire using quality of work life and work attachment scale instruments. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment showed a correlation coefficient of 0.699 with a significance of 0.000 (p<0.05), which means that there is a strong positive relationship between quality of work life and teacher work engagement.
