Analysis Of Parking Needs And Redesign Solutions At RSUD Jombang To Overcome Parking Space Constraints
Pertumbuhan pesat kendaraan bermotor di Indonesia berdampak pada meningkatnya kebutuhan lahan parkir, khususnya di fasilitas pelayanan publik seperti rumah sakit. RSUD Jombang, sebagai rumah sakit tipe A, mengalami keterbatasan lahan parkir yang signifikan. Berdasarkan standar Kementerian Kesehatan, dibutuhkan lahan parkir seluas ±23.025 m², namun yang tersedia hanya ±4.032 m². Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan parkir aktual serta merancang solusi penataan ulang lahan parkir agar lebih optimal. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif di RSUD Jombang dengan pengumpulan data selama tujuh hari berturut-turut (Senin–Minggu) pukul 07.00–19.00 WIB. Data primer diperoleh melalui survei lapangan, sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan dari pihak rumah sakit dan Laporan Tahunan RSUD Jombang tahun 2024. Teknik analisis meliputi perhitungan durasi parkir, akumulasi, indeks parkir, okupansi, kapasitas, dan kebutuhan SRP berdasarkan tempat tidur, jumlah pegawai, dan unit layanan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas parkir eksisting belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan, dengan kondisi kelebihan kapasitas pada hari-hari tertentu. Penataan ulang pola parkir dengan sudut 60° untuk sepeda motor dan 90° untuk mobil dinilai sebagai konfigurasi paling efisien berdasarkan kondisi lahan yang ada. Visualisasi desain dibuat menggunakan AutoCAD dan SketchUp sebagai bentuk rekomendasi teknis kepada pengelola rumah sakit. Kesimpulannya, desain ulang parkir mampu meningkatkan kapasitas dan kenyamanan, serta layak diterapkan sebagai solusi jangka panjang oleh manajemen RSUD Jombang.

The rapid growth of motorized vehicles in Indonesia has led to an increasing demand for parking facilities, particularly in public service areas such as hospitals. RSUD Jombang, a type A referral hospital, faces a significant shortage of parking space. According to the standards set by the Ministry of Health, the required parking area is approximately ±23,025 m², while only ±4,032 m² is currently available. This study aims to analyze the actual parking demand and propose a redesign solution to optimize the existing space. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied, with data collected over seven consecutive days (Monday–Sunday) from 07:00 to 19:00 WIB at RSUD Jombang. Primary data were obtained through direct field surveys, while secondary data were sourced from hospital management and the 2024 RSUD Jombang Annual Report. The analysis includes calculations of parking duration, accumulation, parking index, occupancy, capacity, and parking space requirements (SRP) based on the number of beds, employees, and service units. The results indicate that the current parking facility is insufficient, with overcapacity occurring on specific days. The proposed solution involves redesigning the parking layout using a 60° angle for motorcycles and 90° for cars, which are deemed the most efficient configurations for the available area. The design visualization was created using AutoCAD and SketchUp software as technical recommendations for hospital management. In conclusion, the redesigned layout improves both capacity and comfort and is recommended for implementation as a long-term solution by RSUD Jombang.
