Technological
advancements in education require the development of innovative learning media
that accommodate students’ diverse needs. However, many teachers have not yet
fully utilized technology in the learning process, resulting in monotonous
instructional media that do not effectively support the Merdeka Curriculum.
This study aims to develop an interactive video-based learning medium using
Google Sites to support differentiated learning in the subject of Trading
Company Accounting for Grade XI AKL students at SMKN 10 Surabaya.
This research employed the ADDIE
development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design,
Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the analysis stage, the
researcher identified the needs of both teachers and students through
interviews and observations. The design of the media was tailored to
accommodate students' learning styles. The resulting product was validated by
experts in subject matter, media, and language to ensure its quality in terms
of content, design, and linguistic accuracy.
The validation results showed
that the developed learning media was categorized as "very feasible,"
with an average feasibility score of 93.67%. A limited trial conducted with 30
students in Grade XI AKL demonstrated a significant improvement in learning
outcomes, with an N-Gain score of 0.63 (moderate category). In addition,
students’ responses to the media indicated a high level of satisfaction, with a
feasibility percentage of 93%. Therefore, the interactive video-based learning
media using Google Sites is considered highly effective and suitable as a tool
to support differentiated learning in the topic of Trading Company Accounting.
