PENGARUH SELF-EFFICACY DAN PERCEIVED SOCIAL SUPPORT TERHADAP ISLAMIC ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION DIMEDIASI OLEH EXPERIENCE PADA MAHASISWA PENERIMA BEASISWA BAZNAS DI INDONESIA
THE INFLUENCE OF SELF-EFFICACY AND PERCEIVED SOCIAL SUPPORT ON ISLAMIC ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION MEDIATED BY EXPERIENCE ON STUDENTS WHO RECEIVE BAZNAS SCHOLARSHIPS IN INDONESIA
Sebagai negara dengan populasi muslim terbesar didunia, niat berwirausaha pada kalangan muslim di Indonesia masih rendah. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy, perceived social support terhadap Islamic entrepreneurial intention dimediasi oleh experience pada mahasiswa penerima beasiswa baznas di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan sampel 143 mahasiswa penerima beasiswa baznas di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy dan perceived social support berpengaruh terhadap Islamic entrepreneurial Intention. Self-efficacy terhadap Islamic entrepreneurial intention ketika dimediasi oleh experience berpengaruh, tetapi perceived social support terhadap Islamic entrepreneurial intention ketika dimediasi oleh experience memiliki hasil yang tidak berpengaruh. Experience terhadap Islamic entrepreneurial intention memiliki hasil yang berpengaruh.

As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, entrepreneurial intention among Muslims in Indonesia is still low. This study analyzes the effect of self-efficacy, perceived social support on Islamic entrepreneurial intention mediated by experience on students who receive baznas scholarships in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative study with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis with a sample of 143 baznas scholarship recipients in Indonesia. The results showed that self-efficacy and perceived social support affect Islamic entrepreneurial Intention. Self-efficacy on Islamic entrepreneurial intention when mediated by experience has an effect, but perceived social support on Islamic entrepreneurial intention when mediated by experience has no effect. Experience on Islamic entrepreneurial intention has influential results.
