Guru
sebagai kunci keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaran. Mereka harus mampu
menyajikan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan.
Pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat akan berpengaruh terhadap hasil. Salah
satu mata pelajaran yang menuntut penggunaan model pembelajaran yang sesuai
adalah IPS dengan materi "Keragaman Kenampakan Alam dan Buatan".
Investigasi kelompok adalah salah satu cara efektif untuk menggali kemampuan
peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPS. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian
ini adalah: (1). Menjelaskan
keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dalam p enerapan model
pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group
Investigation pada materi keragaman
kenampakan alam dan buatan di kelas V SDN Kepuh Kiriman 2 Waru. (2). Mengidentifikasi
peningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada saat penerapan model
pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group
Investigation pada materi keragaman
kenampakan alam dan buatan di kelas V SDN Kepuh Kiriman 2 Waru. (3). Menganalisis
peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik setelah penerapan model
pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation pada materi keragaman kenampakan alam dan buatan di kelas V SDN Kepuh Kiriman 2 Waru.
Penelitian ini menggunakan
penelitian tindakan kelas karena lebih sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi guru
untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik
serta mencapai tujuan pembelajaran atau pendidikan. Dalam penelitian ini,
subyek penelitian adalah 32 peserta
didik kelas V di SDN Kepuh Kiriman 2 tahun 2018-2019. Metode pengumpulan data
pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, tes dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis
data menggunakan pengolahan data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan
verifikasi refleksi.
Berdasarkan
hasil penelitian pada kegiatan pembelajaran siklus 1 dan siklus 2
keterlaksanaan pembelajaran mengalami kenaikan 0,52%, keaktivan peserta didik
mengalami kenaikan 12,56%. Hasil belajar pada siklus pertama rata-rata 79,38
ada 20 peserta didik (62,5%) yang tuntas, dan ada 12 peserta didik (37,5%) yang
tidak tuntas, pada siklus II rata-rata 93,75 ada 30 peserta didik (93,75%) yang
tuntas dan ada 2 peserta didik (6,25%) yang tidak tuntas. Siklus kedua lebih
berhasil karena penyajian materinya di tata lebih menarik dengan penayangan
vidio. Hasil belajar siswa telah ada peningkatan sebesar 31,5%

The
teacher is the key to success in the learning process. They must be able to
present learning models that are in accordance with the material being taught.
The selection of the right learning model will affect the results. One subject
that demands the use of an appropriate learning model is IPS with the material "Diversity
of Natural and Artificial Appearances". Group investigation is one of the
effective ways to explore students' abilities in social studies learning. The
objectives to be achieved in this study are: (1). Explain the feasibility of
learning in the application of cooperative learning model type Group
Investigation on material diversity of natural appearance and artificial in
class V SDN Kepuh 2 Waru Posts. (2). Identifying the increase in learning
activities of students at the time of applying the Cooperative Group type
cooperative learning model on the material diversity of natural appearance and
artificial in class V SDN Kepuh 2 Waru Posts. (3). Analyzing the improvement of
student learning outcomes after the application of the cooperative learning model
of the Group Investigation type to the material diversity of natural appearance
and artificial in class V SDN Kepuh 2 Waru Posts.
This
study uses classroom action research because it is more in line with the main
tasks and functions of the teacher to improve the quality of learning, improve
the quality of students and achieve learning or education goals. In this study,
the subjects of the study were 32 fifth grade students in the Kepuh Elementary
School Submission 2 year 2018-2019. Methods of data collection in this study
were observation, tests and field notes. Data analysis techniques using data
processing, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification of
reflection.
Based
on the results of research on the first cycle of learning activities and the
second cycle of learning implementation increased by 0.52%, the activity of
students increased by 12.56%. The learning outcomes in the first cycle averaged
79.38, there were 20 students (62.5%) who were completed, and there were 12
students (37.5%) who did not complete, in the second cycle an average of 93.75
were 30 students (93.75%) were completed and there were 2 students (6.25%) who
did not complete. The second cycle was more successful because the presentation
of the material was more interesting with the presentation of videos. Student
learning outcomes have increased by 31.5%
