PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PAUD HOLISTIK INTEGRATIF DALAM MENGOPTIMALKAN TUMBUH KEMBANG ANAK

IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATIVE HOLISTIC PAUD PROGRAMS IN OPTIMIZING CHILDHOOD GROWTH

Program PAUD holistik integratif sangat penting untuk tumbuh kembang anak usia dini, seperti aspek pendidikan yang berkualitas baik dapat membantu mengembangkan semua lingkup perkembangan anak. Namun, jika pendidikan yang diberikan tidak berkualitas maka semua lingkup perkembangan anak tidak dapat berkembang secara optimal. Tidak hanya aspek pendidikan saja, tetapi aspek kesehatan dan gizi anak harus diperhatikan. Apabila aspek kesehatan dan gizi yang diterima anak tidak optimal, maka kemampuan kognitif anak tidak berkembang dengan baik, karena kesehatan dan gizi anak sangat penting dan dapat mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya kemampuan anak. Tujuan pelaksanaan PAUD holistik integratif adalah sebagai upayah pengembangan anak untuk memenuhi kebutuhan esensial anak yang beragam dan saling terkait secara simultan, sistematis,dan terintegratif. Selain itu, pemenuhan tumbuh kembang anak dilakukan secara menyeluruh dengan harapan anak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan serta anak dapat menjadi manusia yang berkualitas. Kenyataan yang ada di lapangan masih banyak lembaga PAUD yang belum memprogram PAUD holistik integratif di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program PAUD holistik integratif dalam mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang anak di TK Batik Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan program PAUD holistik integratif dalam mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang anak di TK Batik Sidoarjo sudah baik dan memenuhi standar pelaksanaan program PAUD holistik integratif yang di dirikan oleh pemerintah, serta hasil tumbuh kembang anak memenuhi standar WHO (World Healh Organization.

The holistic integrative PAUD program is very important for early childhood development, as aspects of good quality education can help develop all spheres of child development. However, if the education provided is not of high quality, then all areas of child development cannot develop optimally. Not only educational aspects, but also aspects of children's health and nutrition must be considered. If the aspects of health and nutrition received by children are not optimal, then the children's cognitive abilities will not develop properly, because children's health and nutrition are very important and can affect the level of children's abilities. The purpose of implementing holistic integrative early childhood education is as an effort to develop children to meet the essential needs of children that are diverse and interrelated simultaneously, systematically and integratively. In addition, the fulfillment of children's growth and development is carried out thoroughly with the hope that children can grow and develop optimally according to the stage of development and that children can become qualified human beings. The reality is that there are still many PAUD institutions that have not programmed holistic integrative PAUD in schools. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the holistic integrative early childhood education program in optimizing children's growth and development in TK Batik Sidoarjo. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of the holistic integrative early childhood education program in optimizing children's growth and development in TK Batik Sidoarjo was good and met the standards for implementing the holistic integrative early childhood education program established by the government, and the results of child development met WHO (World Health Organization) standards.
