Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh sikap mandiri terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik (2) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik (3) pengaruh pengalaman prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik (4) pengaruh interaksi sikap mandiri dan motivasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik (5) pengaruh interaksi sikap mandiri dan pengalaman prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik (6) pengaruh interaksi motivasi belajar dan pengalaman prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik (7) pengaruh interaksi antara sikap mandiri, motivasi belajar, dan pengalaman prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik.
Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis Smart PLS. Sampel berjumlah 100 peserta didik jurusan tata kecantikan kelas XI SMK Negeri 6 dan 8 di Surabaya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) tidak ada pengaruh sikap mandiri terhadap kesiapan kerja p-value 0,178>0,05 (2) tidak ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja p-value 0,385>0,05 (3) ada pengaruh pengalaman prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja p-value 0,339<0,05 (4) tidak ada pengaruh interaksi antara sikap mandiri dan motivasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja p-value 0,360>0,05 (5) tidak ada pengaruh interaksi antara sikap mandiri dan pengalaman prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja p-value 0,039<0,05 (6) tidak ada pengaruh interaksi antara motivasi belajar dan pengalaman prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja p-value 0,235>0,05 (7) tidak ada pengaruh interaksi antara sikap mandiri, motivasi belajar, dan pengalaman prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja p-value 0,039<0,05.

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of independent attitudes on students' work readiness (2) the influence of learning motivation on students' work readiness (3) the effect of industrial work experience on students' work readiness (4) the influence of the interaction of independent attitudes and learning motivation on readiness. students' work (5) the interaction effect of independent attitude and industrial work experience on students' work readiness (6) the effect of the interaction of learning motivation and industrial work experience on students' work readiness (7) the effect of the interaction between independent attitudes, learning motivation, and industrial work experience on readiness student work.
Research with a quantitative approach uses the Smart PLS analysis technique. The sample amounted to 100 students majoring in beauty cosmetology class XI SMK Negeri 6 and 8 in Surabaya.
The results showed that; (1) there is no influence of independent attitude on work readiness p-value 0.178> 0.05 (2) there is no influence of learning motivation on work readiness p-value 0.385>0.05 (3) there is an effect of internship experience on work readiness p- value 0.339 <0.05 (4) there is no interaction effect between independent attitude and learning motivation on work readiness p-value 0.360> 0.05 (5) there is no interaction effect between independent attitude and internship experience on work readiness p-value 0.039 <0.05 (6) there is no interaction effect between learning motivation and internship experience on job readiness p-value 0.235>0.05 (7) there is no interaction effect between independent attitude, learning motivation, and internship experience on work readiness p- value 0.039<0.05.
