Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) pada Materi Perubahan Lingkungan untuk Melatihkan Keterampilan Literasi Sains berdasarkan hasil validasi, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. LKPD dikembangkan dengan desain 4-D (define, design, develop,and disseminate) namun tahap disseminate hanya sebatas revisi draf. Penelitian ini diujicobakan terbatas pada 20 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1 di SMA Negeri 1 Gedangan. Validitas ditinjau dari hasil validasi oleh 2 dosen ahli Biologi dan 1 guru Biologi, kepraktisan LKPD ditinjau dari hasil observasi aktivitas peserta didik, dan keefektifan LKPD yang ditinjau dari hasil belajar tes keterampilan literasi sains dan angket respon peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian memperoleh validitas sebesar 97,75% termasuk kategori sangat valid, kepraktisan sebesar 90,80% kategori sangat praktis, keefektifan yang ditinjau dari ketuntasan tes keterampilan literasi sains sebesar 80%, ketuntasan indikator sebesar 84,13% termasuk kategori tuntas dan respon positif peserta didik sebesar 98,33% dengan kategori sangat baik.

This research aims to produce Student Worksheets Based on Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) on Environmental Change Materials to Train Scientific Literacy Skills based on the results of validation, practicality, and effectiveness. Student worksheet was developed with a 4-D design (define, design, develop, and disseminate) but the disseminate stage was only limited to draft revisions. This research was tried out limited by 20 students of class XI MIPA 1 in Senior High School 1 Gedangan. The validity was reviewed from the results of validation by 2 Biology lecturers and 1 Biology teacher, the practicality of the student worksheet viewed from the observations of students 'activities, and the effectiveness of the student worksheet viewed from the results of learning tests of scientific literacy skills and students response questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results obtained a validity of 97.75% including the very valid category, practicality of 90.80% very practical category, effectiveness that was viewed from the completeness of the test of scientific literacy skills by 80%, completeness of indicators of 84.13% including the complete category and positive response students amounted to 98.33% with a very good category.
