Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran digital inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan mind mapping yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kreatif pada materi sistem pernapasan. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (define, design, develop dan disseminate). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi validasi, angket, tes, observasi, dan keterbacaan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perangkat pembelajaran digital meliputi modul ajar, E-Book, E-LKPD, dan instrumen tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif memperoleh modus sebesar 4 pada kategori sangat valid dan rata-rata reliabilitas 97,05% pada kategori sangat tinggi; (2) perangkat pembelajaran digital dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan keterbacaan E-Book pada level 11, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan rata-rata 3,95 dan persentase sebesar 98,95% pada kategori sangat baik, serta aktivitas peserta didik dengan rata-rata 3,91 dan persentase sebesar 97,66% pada kategori sangat baik; (3) perangkat pembelajaran dinyatakan efektif berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest tes essay yang memperoleh rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,7 pada kategori tinggi dan tes mind mapping dengan rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,66 pada ketegori sedang. Keduanya mencapai ketercapaian keterampilan kreatif dan sangat kreatif. Respon peserta didik terhadap perangkat pembelajaran digital yang dikembangkan juga sangat baik, diperoleh persentase sebesar 86,09%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran digital inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan mind mapping yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid, praktis dan efektif untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik SMA pada materi sistem pernapasan.

This study aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective guided inquiry-based digital learning tool assisted by mind mapping to enhance students' creative thinking skills on the topic of the respiratory system. The development process followed the 4D model, which includes the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data collection techniques included validation, questionnaires, tests, observations, and readability assessments. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results show that: (1) the digital learning tools, consisting of teaching modules, E-Books, E-LKPDs, and creative thinking skill test instruments, achieved a mode of 4 in the very valid category and an average reliability of 97.05%, indicating a very high category; (2) the tools were deemed practical based on the E-Book readability level (level 11), an average learning implementation score of 3.95 with a percentage of 98.95% in the very good category, and student activity with an average score of 3.91 and a percentage of 96.77% in the very good category; and (3) the tools were considered effective based on on the results of the pretest and posttest essay tests which obtained an average N-Gain of 0.7 in the high category and the mind mapping test with an average N-Gain of 0.66 in the medium category. These results reflect students' achievement in creative and highly creative thinking levels. In addition, students' responses to the developed digital learning tools is also very good, obtained a percentage of 86.09%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the guided inquiry-based digital learning tool assisted by mind mapping is valid, practical, and effective for improving students' creative thinking skills on the respiratory system topic.
