ONLINE PROMOTION STRATEGIES IN TRADITIONAL MAYA SALON AND SPA REGENCY PAMEKASAN MADURA DURING PANDEMIC
Salon dan Spa Tradisional Maya merupakan usaha jasa perawatan kecantikan yang terletak di Kabupaten Pamekasan Madura yang menyediakan berbagai macam jenis perawatan dan produk perawatan tubuh tradisional. Strategi pemasaran berperan penting untuk meningkatkan penghasilan perusahaan pada masa pandemi. Penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi promosi online yang diterapkan di Salon dan Spa Tradisional Maya pada masa pandemi. Penelitian berikut termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimana data primer didapat melalui wawancara dengan pemilik perusahaan Salon dan Spa Tradisional Maya, sementara itu data sekunder didapat dari sumber pustaka dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi dapat menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi online pada Salon dan Spa Tradisional Maya belum optimal dikarenakan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang dapat konsisten mempromosikan produk dan jasa melalui media online.

Marketing strategy plays an important role in increasing the company's income during the pandemic. The accompanying exploration means to decide the internet based advancement technique applied at the Maya Traditional Salon and Spa during the pandemic. The results obtained from interviews and observations can show that the online promotion strategy at the Maya Traditional Salon and Spa is not optimal due to the lack of human resources that can consistently promote products and services through online media.
