Influence Exercise Model Agility Ladder 1 Foot In Each And 1 In Lateral To The Agility And Speed Of Elementary School Students (the study OF the students OF the integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Children OF Bakalan, Jombang)
Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untik mengetahi pengaruh dari model latihan Agility Ladder 1 foot in each dan 1 in lateral terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan siswa sekolah dasar utamanya usia 10-12 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kualitatif serat menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Anak Negeri Bakalan, Jombang usia 10-12 tahun berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 73 orang, dan sampel yg digunakan sejumlah 20 peserta. Cara pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes. Instrumen yang dipakai adalah Shuttle Run dan lari cepat 30 meter. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis data statistik. Dari hasil uji-t memperoleh nilai bahwa pretest dan posttest kelincahan memiliki t hitung dan t tabel sebesar 8,539 > 2,093 serta nilai signifikansi probability 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai pretest dan posttest kecepatan mempunyai hasil t hitung dan t tabel sebesar 3,486 > 2,093 serta besar nilai signifikansi probability 0,002 < 0,05 maka hasil hipotesis yang didapatkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, berarti terdapat pengaruh model latihan agility ladder 1 foot in each dan 1 in lateral terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan siswa sekolah dasar. Terdapat pengaruh model latihan agility ladder 1 foot in each dan 1 in lateral terhadap kelincahan sebesar 8,61 % . dan terdapat pengaruh model latihan agility ladder 1 foot in each dan 1 in lateral terhadap kecepatan sebesar 11, 76%.

The research was conducted with the aim of the influence of the exercise model of Agility Ladder 1 foot in each and 1 in lateral to the agility and speed of primary elementary school students aged 10-12 years.This research is an experimental study with a qualitative approach of fiber using the research design of one group Pretests and posttest design. The population in this research is the students of the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT), Jombang, the age of 10-12 male gender with a total of 73 students, while the research sample is as much as 20 people. Data collection techniques using tests. The instrument used in this study was the Shuttle Run and a quick run of 30 meters. Data analysis techniques Use statistical data analysis methods. From the test results-T acquire the value that the pretests and posttest agility have t count and t table amounting to 8.539 > 2.093 as well as large value significance probability 0.000 < 0.05 and pretests value and posttest speed has the result of the count and T table of 3.486 > 2.093 as well as large value of significance probability 0.002 < 0.05 then the hypothesis result obtained H0 rejected and means there is an influence on the model of Agility ladder 1 foot in each and 1 in lateral to the agility and speed of elementary school students. There is a model influence of the agility ladder 1 foot in each and 1 in lateral to the agility of 8.61%. And there was the influence of the exercise model of Agility ladder 1 foot in each and 1 in lateral to speed at 11, 76%.
