BUM Desa adalah suatu bentuk badan usaha yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Desa dan dikelola secara mandiri untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan Desa, BUM Desa merupakan inisiatif pemerintah dalam mengembangkan perekonomian Desa dengan cara memfasilitasi pendirian badan usaha di tingkat desa. BUM Desa dapat bergerak dalam berbagai sektor ekonomi, seperti pertanian, perikanan, pariwisata, dan lain sebagainya.
Tujuan utama BUMDes adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja, peningkatan pendapatan, dan pengembangan ekonomi lokal. BUM Desa juga berperan dalam mengurangi kemiskinan dan ketimpangan sosial di Desa, BUM Desa biasanya dikelola oleh pengurus yang terpilih dari anggota masyarakat Desa. Mereka bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan pengawasan berbagai kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan oleh BUM Desa. tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan manajemen BUM Desa Gayam Mandiri Desa Gayam, Kecamatan Gayam, Kabupaten Bojonegoro.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta strategi penelitian menggunakan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan langkah- langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan data. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui uji kredibilitas, uji transferabilitas, uji konfirmabilitas, dan uji dependabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan rekrutmen sumber daya manusia di BUM Desa Gayam Mandiri sudah terlaksana sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, hal itu terbukti adanya tahapan kegiatan.

BUM Desa is a form of business entity owned by the village community and managed independently to improve the economy and welfare of the village. BUM Desa is a government initiative in developing the village economy by facilitating the establishment of business entities at the village level. BUM Desa can operate in various economic sectors, such as agriculture, fisheries, tourism, and so on.
The main aim of BUM Desa is to improve the welfare of village communities through job creation, increasing income and developing the local economy. BUM Desa also plays a role in reducing poverty and social inequality in the Village. BUM Desa is usually managed by administrators who are elected from members of the Village community. They are responsible for planning, organizing and supervising various business activities carried out by BUM Desa. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of BUM management in Gayam Mandiri Village, Gayam Village, Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency.
This research uses a qualitative approach and a research strategy using case studies. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion steps. Meanwhile, data validity testing is carried out through credibility tests, transferability tests, confirmability tests and dependability tests. The results of this research are that the implementation of human resource recruitment at BUM Gayam Mandiri Village has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, this is proven by the stages of activity.
