Penelitian ini bertujuan Menghasilkan sebuah produk bahan ajar IPA berbasis kearifan lokal untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Borg & Gall Research and Development. Desain Penelitian menggunakan 8 tahapan yaitu studi pendahuluan, perencanaan, pengembangan produk awal, validasi bahan ajar, revisi hasil validasi bahan ajar, uji coba bahan ajar di lapangan, revisi uji coba bahan ajar di lapangan, uji bahan ajar di lapangan.. Instruemen Penelitian menggunakan lembar validasi bahan ajar, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan RPP, lembar aktivitas siswa, lembar tes dengan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu validitas bahan ajar, analisis keterlaksanaan RPP, analisis aktivitas observasi, analisis tes berpikir kritis siswa. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar IPA berbasis kearifan lokal untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis diawali dengan kevalidan bahan ajar IPA berbasis kearifan lokal diperoleh melalui penilaian para ahli ditinjau dari komponen kebenaran konsep, komponen materi/isi, dan komponen keterbacaan dengan perolehan persentase sebesar 89% sangat valid. Kepraktisan bahan ajar IPA berbasis kearifan lokal ditinjau berdasarkan keterlaksanaan RPP diperoleh persentase 94% dan aktivitas siswa diperoleh persentase 93% dengan kategori sangat baik. Keefektifan bahan ajar IPA berbasis kearifan lokal diperoleh melalui hasil pretest dan posttest menunjukkan adanya rata-rata yaitu 66,30 dan 87,22 dengan ketentuan hasil tes mencapai 71% mengacu pada indikator berpikir kritis siswa yaitu kemampuan memberikan penjelasan secara lugas, membangun keterampilan dasar, menyimpulkan, memberikan penjelasan tambahan, dan menetapkan strategi dan taktik. Implikasi dari pemanfaatan bahan ajar ini sebagai acuan pembelajaran IPA berbasis kearifan lokal diharapkan dapat membekali siswa dengan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dan upaya pelestarian alam.

This study aims to produce a science teaching material product based on local wisdom to train elementary school students' critical thinking skills. The type of research used in this research is Borg & Gall Research and Development. The research design uses 8 stages, namely preliminary study, planning, initial product development, validation of teaching materials, revision of teaching materials validation results, field trials of teaching materials, revision of teaching materials trials in the field, field testing of teaching materials. teaching material validation sheet, lesson plan implementation observation sheet, student activity sheet, test sheet with data analysis used, namely teaching material validity, lesson plan implementation analysis, observation activity analysis, student critical thinking test analysis. From the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the development of science teaching materials based on local wisdom to improve critical thinking skills begins with the validity of science teaching materials based on local wisdom obtained through expert assessment in terms of the concept correctness component, the material/content component, and the legibility component with the percentage gain. 89% is very valid. The practicality of science teaching materials based on local wisdom is reviewed based on the implementation of lesson plans obtained a percentage of 94% and student activity obtained a percentage of 93% with a very good category. The effectiveness of science teaching materials based on local wisdom was obtained through the results of the pretest and posttest showing an average of 66.30 and 87.22 with the condition that the test results reached 71% referring to the indicators of students' critical thinking, namely the ability to give straightforward explanations, build basic skills, conclude, provide additional explanations, and establish strategies and tactics. The implications of using this teaching material as a reference for learning science based on local wisdom are expected to equip students with local wisdom values and efforts to conserve nature.
