KESIAPAN GURU DALAM MELAKSANAKAN PEMBELAJARAN DARING PADA KEMAMPUAN FISIK MOTORIK KASAR ANAK USIA DINI
TEACHER READINESS IN IMPLEMENTING ONLINE LEARNING ON Rough MOTOR PHYSICAL ABILITIES EARLY CHILDREN
Tersebarnya virus corona di Indonesia telah berdampak pada berbagai bidang, salah satunya dalam bidang pendidikan yang diharuskan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesiapan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring terhadap kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Pamardi Putra Tembelang Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas B yang berada di TK Pamardi Putra. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman yaitu meliputi tahapan : reduksi data , penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Uji keabsahan penelitian ini meliputi credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability. Pengujian kredibilitas menggunakan triangulasi atau pengecekan data meliputi berbagai sumber, berbagai teknik dan berbagai waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses penerapan pembelajaran daring pada kemampuan motorik kasar anak meliputi tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan yang dilakukan guru yaitu dengan membuat perangkat pembelajaran daring meliputi Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Mingguan (RPPM), Rencana Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH). Pelaksanaan yang dilakukan guru yaitu melakukan kegiatan pembiasaan seperti bernyanyi sambil menggerakkan tubuh, melakukan kegiatan motorik kasar setiap hari Sabtu dengan menggunakan media chat grub whatsaap yang diikuti orang tua dan video call grub whatsapp yang diikuti oleh anak. Evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh guru yaitu dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap aktivitas melalui catatan dan hasil belajar anak yang dikirimkan oleh orang tua. Keseluruhan proses pembelajaran daring yang direncanakan secara terperinci dapat menghasilkan pembelajaran daring yang efektif tak terkecuali kegiatan pembelajaran motorik kasar anak.

The spread of the corona virus in Indonesia has had an impact on various fields, one of which is in the field of education which is required to carry out online learning. This study aims to determine how the readiness of teachers in implementing online learning on gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at Pamardi Putra Kindergarten Tembelang Jombang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The subjects of this study were class B teachers who were in Kindergarten Pamardi Putra. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes the stages: data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The validity test of this research includes credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability. Credibility testing using triangulation or checking data includes various sources, various techniques and various times. The results showed that the process of applying online learning to children's gross motor skills included three stages, namely planning, implementing and evaluating. Planning that is done by the teacher is by making online learning tools including the Weekly Lesson Plan (RPPM), the Daily Learning Plan (RPPH). The teacher's implementation is doing habituation activities such as singing while moving the body, doing personal hygiene and doing gross motoric activities every Saturday using whatsaap grub chat media followed by parents and whatsapp grub video calls followed by children. Evaluation is carried out by the teacher, namely by conducting an assessment of activities through notes and learning outcomes of children sent by parents. The whole process of online learning on children's gross motor skills which is carried out through several stages can produce online learning that is effective in children's gross motor skills.
