FORM AND VALUES OF EDUCATION ARAK-ARAKAN RITUAL 1 SURO PETILASAN SRI AJI JAYABAYA, KEDIRI DISTRICT
Di Desa Menang Kabupaten Kediri rutin mengadakan Ritual 1 Suro, kegiatan ritual tersebut dilakukan oleh masyarakat ditempat yang dianggap sakral, dalam pelaksanaannya bentuk dan nilai nya sangat kental dengan warisan budaya Jawa, maka dari itu, masyarakat masih mengadakan ritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan bentuk Arak-arakan Ritual 1 Suro Sri Aji Jayabaya, (2) mendeskripsikan nilai pendidikan dari Ritual 1 Suro di Petilasan Jayabaya di Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Bentuk dari Royce dalam Indriyanto, dan Murgiyanto dengan teori Nilai Pendidikan dari Hadikusumo, Sukardi, dan Muhammad Yani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakaan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan penggiat budaya , sedangkan sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan Arak-arakan Ritual 1 Suro di Kabupaten Kediri dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dari bentuk Arak-arakan Ritual 1 Suro Petilasan Sri Aji Jayabaya, strukturnya terdiri dari bagian pembuka arak-arakan, bagian tengah arak-arakan, bagian penutup arak-arakan, dan barisan peziarah. Adapun nilai pendidikan dari ritual adalah nilai pendidikan keindahan, nilai pendidikan sosial, dan nilai pendidikan kesusilaan.
In Menang Village, Kediri Regency, routinely holds the 1 Suro Ritual, the ritual activity is carried out by the community in a place that is considered sacred, in its implementation the form and value is very thick with Javanese cultural heritage, therefore, the community still holds rituals. This study aims to (1) describe the form of Ritual 1 Suro Sri Aji Jayabaya procession, (2) describe the educational value of Ritual 1 Suro in Petilasan Jayabaya in Kediri Regency. This study uses a qualitative method, with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Primary data were obtained from interviews with cultural activists, while secondary data sources were obtained from observations of the 1 Suro Ritual Procession in Kediri Regency and documentation. The results of the research from the form of the 1 Suro Petilasan Sri Aji Jayabaya Ritual Procession, the structure consists of the opening part of the procession, the middle part of the procession, the closing part of the procession, and the line of pilgrims.
