Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; menilai pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap tingkat disiplin kerja pegawai; mengkaji dampak disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan menyelidiki pengaruh budaya organisasi melalui disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan di Kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif melalui metode survei terhadap 113 pegawai dengan status Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Kantor Kelurahan se-Kabupaten Magetan. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai ; budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja; disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan budaya organisasi melalui disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan di Kabupaten Magetan.

This research aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture on employee performance; assess the influence of organizational culture on the level of employee work discipline; examine the impact of work discipline on employee performance; and investigate the influence of organizational culture through work discipline on the performance of sub-district employees in Magetan Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research using a survey method of 113 employees with State Civil Apparatus (ASN) status at sub-district offices throughout Magetan Regency. Data analysis uses path analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The research results found that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance; organizational culture has a significant effect on work discipline; work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance; and organizational culture through work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of sub-district employees in Magetan Regency.
