Skripsi ini memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu: (1) Mengetahui hasil pengembangan e-modul Sanitasi dan Higiene berbasis Heyzine Flipbooks bagi peserta didik Kuliner kelas X, (2) Mengetahui kelayakan e-modul Sanitasi dan Higiene berbasis Heyzine Flipbooks bagi peserta didik Kuliner kelas X, dan (3) Mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap e-modul Sanitasi dan Higiene berbasis Heyzine Flipbooks bagi peserta didik Kuliner kelas X.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengembangkan e-modul. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik Kuliner kelas X (sepuluh) dan objeknya adalah e-modul Sanitasi dan Higiene berbasis Heyzine Flipbooks. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket kelayakan e-modul oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, serta angket respon siswa.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) E-Modul Sanitasi dan Higiene berbasis Heyzine Flipbooks dapat diakses melalui ponsel atau komputer secara online maupun offline. E-modul dapat diakses melalui link atau QR. (2) Hasil rata-rata validasi kelayakan e-modul Sanitasi dan Higiene berbasis Heyzine Flipbooks adalah 94% dan 90%, menunjukan e-modul dinilai “Sangat Layak” untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran, dan (3) Hasil rata-rata respon peserta didik adalah 94%, menunjukkan respon mereka “Sangat Baik”.

This thesis has research objectives, namely: (1) Knowing the results of the development of the Heyzine Flipbooks-based Sanitation and Hygiene e-module for Class X Culinary students, (2) Knowing the feasibility of the Heyzine Flipbooks-based Sanitation and Hygiene e-module for Class X Culinary students, and (3) Knowing students' responses to the Heyzine Flipbooks-based Sanitation and Hygiene e-module for Class X Culinary students.
The research method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research was conducted by developing e-modules. The research subjects were Culinary students in class X (ten) and the object was the Heyzine Flipbooks-based Sanitation and Hygiene e-module. The research instrument used an e-module feasibility questionnaire by material experts and media experts, as well as a student response questionnaire.
The research results show that; (1) Sanitation and Hygiene E-Module based on Heyzine Flipbooks can be accessed online or offline via cell phone or computer. The e-module can be accessed via a link or QR. (2) The average results of e-module e-module Sanitation and Hygiene validation results based on Heyzine Flipbooks are 94% and 90%, indicating that the e-module is considered "Very Eligible" for use in learning, and (3) The average results of student responses was 94%, indicating their response was “Very Good”.
