THE INFLUENCE OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN SUKOSEWU DISTRICT, BOJONEGORO DISTRICT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Sukosewu Bojonegoro. Populasi Penelitian ini adalah mencakup semua karyawan di lingkungan kerja Kecamatan Sukosewu. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, metode kuesioner dan metode literatur. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership on employee performance in Sukosewu Subdistrict, Bojonegoro. The population of this study were all employees in the scope of work of Sukosewu Subdistrict. Sampling using random sampling technique, the number of respondents was 100 respondents. The data collection methods used are observation method, questionnaire method and literature method. Data analysis using simple linear regression. The results of the study found that servant leadership has a positive effect on employee performance.
