PERAN GURU PENDIDIKAN KHUSUS DALAM PEMBELAJARAN ANAK AUTIS DI SD LABSCHOOL UNESA 2
THE ROLE OF SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHERS IN TEACHING AUTISTIC CHILDREN AT LABSCHOOL UNESA 2 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Pelaksanaan sekolah inklusi perlu adanya peran berbagai pihak salah satunya guru pendidikan khusus. Guru pendidikan khusus adalah guru yang berkompetensi khusus dalam memberi layanan untuk anak penyandang disabilitas termasuk anak autis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru pendidikan khusus dalam pembelajaran anak autis di SD Labschool Unesa 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang melibatkan 5 guru pendidikan khusus, 1 guru kelas, dan 1 koordinator bidang kurikulum. Penelitian ini berlangsung di SD Labschool Unesa 2. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini meliputi wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data interaktif menurut Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru pendidikan khusus di SD Labschool Unesa 2 berperan dalam memberikan layanan program khusus dan memberikan pendampingan guru reguler dalam memberikan layanan pembelajaran bagi anak autis.

The implementation of inclusive schools requires the role of various parties, one of which is special education teachers. Special education teachers are teachers who have special competence in providing services for children with disabilities including autistic children. This study aims to determine the role of special education teachers in learning for autistic children at Labschool Unesa 2 elementary school. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach involving 5 special education teachers, 1 class teachers, and 1 curriculum coordinator. This research took place at Labschool Unesa 2 elementary school. Data collection techniques in this study included semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation with interactive data analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The results of the study showed that special education teachers at Labschool Unesa 2 elementary school play a role in providing special program services and providing assistance to regular teachers in providing learning services for autistic children.
