Effects of Computer Knowledge, Computer Anxiety, and Emotional Intelligence on Learning Outcomes in Spreadsheet Subjects

Hasil belajar mata pelajaran spreadsheet yang didapatkan seorang siswa adalah sebuah interaksi dari beberapa faktor yang diduga berpengaruh, adapun faktor yang diduga berpengaruh yaitu faktor eksternal dan internal. Dalam penelitian ini, faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi hasil belajar mata pelajaran spreadsheet yaitu computer knowledge, computer anxiety, dan kecerdasan emosional. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu agar mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari computer knowledge terhadap hasil belajar, pengaruh computer anxiety terhadap hasil belajar, dan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMKN 1 Kemlagi yang berjumlah 100 siswa. Untuk Jumlah sampel di dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 79 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner. Metode untuk analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1): computer knowledge, computer anxiety, dan kecerdasan emosional secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran spreadsheet, (2) computer knowledge berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran spreadsheet, (3) computer anxiety berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran spreadsheet, (4) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran spreadsheet.

The results of learning spreadsheets obtained by a student is an interaction of several factors that are thought to be influential, while the factors that are thought to influence are external and internal factors. In this study, factors that are thought to influence learning outcomes in spreadsheet subjects are computer knowledge, computer anxiety, and emotional intelligence. The purpose of the research conducted is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of computer knowledge on learning outcomes, the influence of computer anxiety on learning outcomes, and the influence of emotional intelligence on learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this research is all students of class X Accounting SMK 1 Kemlagi, amounting to 100 students. For the number of samples in this study as many as 79 students. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. The method for data analysis uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results showed that: (1): computer knowledge, computer anxiety, and emotional intelligence simultaneously had a significant effect on learning outcomes in spreadsheet subjects, (2) computer knowledge had a partial effect on learning outcomes in spreadsheet subjects, (3) computer anxiety had an effect partially on the learning outcomes of spreadsheet subjects, (4) emotional intelligence partially influences the learning outcomes of spreadsheet subjects.
