PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MY ACTIVITY BERBASIS HTML5 UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN KATA KERJA BENTUK KAMUS DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA JEPANG
DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MEDIA MY ACTIVITY BESED ON HTML5 TO IMPROVE UNDERSTANDING OF DICTIONARY FORM OF VERBS IN JAPANESE LANGUAGE LEARNING
Penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran didasarkan pada masalah yang dihadapi siswa kelas XII SMA Semen Gresik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi diketahui bahwa siswa kesulitan dalam memahami perubahan kata kerja bentuk kamus sehingga diperlukan media pembelajaran sebagai sarana pembelajaran bahasa Jepang. Oleh sebab itu, dikembangkan media pembelajaran my activity berbasis HTML5. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian pengembangan ini mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media pembelajaran my activity berbasis HTML5, kelayakan media pembelajaran my activity berbasis HTML5, dan respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran my activity berbasis HTML5.
Penelitian pengembangan media ini menggunakan model penilitian pengembangan milik Sugiyono. Sumber data pada penelitian ini menggunakan buku Irodori Tingkat Pemula, Irodori Tingkat Dasar 1, dan Irodori Tingkat Dasar 2 tentang kata kerja kegiatan sehari-hari. Subyek pada penelitian ini kelas XII SMA Semen Gresik dan data yang digunakan proses pengembangan media my activity, hasil validasi materi, hasil validasi media, hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media, dan respon siswa terhadap penggunaan media my activity.
Pada tahap proses pengembangan media pembelajaran my activity terdapat 10 tahap yang harus dilalui, yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk, dan produksi masal. Pada tahap terakhir, yaitu produksi masal, tidak dilakukan dalam penelitian ini.
Hasil angket respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran my activity diperoleh 97,34% dan dapat dikategorikan sangat baik untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jepang. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran my activity berbasis HTML5 layak digunakan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran perubahan kata kerja bentuk kamus.
The research on the development of learning media is based on the problems faced by grade XII students of Semen Gresik High School. Based on the results of observations, students have difficulty in understanding changes in dictionary form of verbs, so learning media is needed as a means of learning Japanese. Therefore, a learning media my activity based on HTML5 was developed. The objectives to be achieved in this development research describe the process of developing my activity of learning media based on HTML5, the feasibility of learning media my activity based on HTML5, and student responses to learning media my activity based on HTML5.
This media development research uses Sugiyono's development research model. The data sources in this study used the books of Irodori Tingkat Pemula, Irodori Tingkat Dasar 1, and Irodori Tingkat Dasar 2 about daily activity verbs. The subjects in this study were class XII of Semen Gresik High School and the data used were the process of developing my activity of media, material validation results, media validation results, student learning outcomes before and after using the media, and student responses to the use of my activity media.
In the process of developing my activity of learning media, there are 10 stages that must be passed, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trial, product revision, usage trial, product revision, and mass production. The last stage, namely mass production, was not carried out in this study.
Validation of my activity of learning media was carried out by material experts and media experts. The percentage of validation carried out by material experts was 91% and can be categorized as very good in Japanese language learning. While the percentage of validation carried out by media experts was 98.68% and can be categorized as very good in Japanese language learning. In addition, student learning outcomes before and after using the media showed a significance value of 7.63 > 2.13 so that there was a significant difference in student learning outcomes before and after using my activity of learning media.
The results of the student response questionnaire on the my activity of learning media obtained 97.34% and can be categorized as very good for use in Japanese language learning. So it can be concluded that the my activity of learning media based on HTML5 is suitable for use as a media in learning changes in dictionary form of verbs.
