PELAKSANAAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DI SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 3 KUTOREJO
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING SERVICES AT MUHAMMADIYAH 3 KUTOREJO MIDDLE SCHOOL
Bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah tidak hanya dianggap sebagai layanan tambahan,akan tetapi juga sebagai program komprehensif yang diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum untuk merangsang perkembangan anak didik secara optimal, sehingga mendapatkan bimbingan dan konseling adalah hak setiap anak didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di smp muhammadiyah 3 kutorejo, serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di smp muhammadiyah 3 kutorejo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subyek penelitian yang diambil melalui teknik purposive random sampling dengan rincian guru BK, dan perwakilan anak didik dari masing- masing kelas berjumlah tiga orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen yang dianalisis dalam tiga tahap, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan yang telah diaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Kutorejo adalah layanan orientasi, layanan informasi, layanan penempatan penyaluran, layanan konseling individu, layanan bimbingan kelompok, layanan penguasaan konten, dan layanan konsultasi. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yaitu adanya keterlibatan aktif kepala sekolah, guru bidang studi, wali kelas maupun manajerial sekolah dalam membantu keterlaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling, serta adanya keleluasaan pelaksanaan layanan yang dilakukan secara terjadwal dan insidental. Sedangkan penghambatnya adalah guru melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling mengalami keterbatasan waktu dalam menggunakan metode dan menyiapkan media yang bervariasi, belum tersedianya ruangan bimbingan dan konseling yang memadai, serta jumlah guru bimbingan konseling yang hanya satu orang dan merangkap sebagai wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum.

Guidance and counseling in schools is not only considered as an additional service, but also as a comprehensive program that is integrated into the curriculum to stimulate the optimal development of students, so that getting guidance and counseling is the right of every student. This study aims to determine the implementation of guidance and counseling services at Muhammadiyah 3 Kutorejo Middle School, and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of guidance and counseling services at Muhammadiyah 3 Kutorejo Middle School. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative with research subjects taken through a purposive random sampling technique with details of counseling teachers, and three representatives of students from each class. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documents which were analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the services that had been implemented at Kutorejo Muhammadiyah 3 Middle School were orientation services, information services, distribution placement services, individual counseling services, group guidance services, content mastery services, and consulting services. Factors supporting the implementation of guidance and counseling service activities are the active involvement of school principals, subject teachers, homeroom teachers and school managers in assisting the implementation of guidance and counseling, as well as the flexibility in implementing services that are carried out on a scheduled and incidental basis. While the obstacles are teachers carrying out guidance and counseling services experiencing limited time in using methods and preparing a variety of media, the unavailability of adequate guidance and counseling rooms, and the number of guidance and counseling teachers who are only one person and also serves as vice principal in the field of curriculum.
