Produktivitas karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang dapat mempengaruhi kemajuan perusahaan. Semakin tinggi produktivitas karyawan akan semakin mudah mencapai tujuan perusahaan, begitu pula sebaliknya  apabila produktivitas semakin rendah akan menghambat pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh upah, insentif, dan jaminan sosial terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada CV. Multi Bangun Sentosa - Sidoarjo. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Multi Bangun Sentosa - Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 35 karyawan. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel.  Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) upah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan; 2) insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan; 3) jaminan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan; 4) upah, insentif, jaminan sosial secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.

Employee productivity is one of the main factors that can affect the progress of the company. The higher employees productivity will be more easily reaching the purpose of the company, and than if productivity low-growing they could hinder the achievement of a goal the company. This study aims to to scrutinize the influence of wages, incentives, and social insurance against an employee at productivity CV. Multi Bangun sentosa - sidoarjo. The population in research is all employees of CV. Multi Bangun sentosa - sidoarjo which totaled 35 employees. The sampling technique used sampling saturated with all members of the population used as a sample. Analysis of data used multiple linear regression analysis. This research result indicates that, 1) wages have had a positive impact and significantly to employee productivity; 2) incentives have had a positive impact and significantly to employee productivity; 3) social security it has some positive effects and significantly to employee productivity; 4) wages, incentives, social security simultaneously it has some positive effects and significantly to employee productivity.
