STRATEGI PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM PENGEMBANGAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UMKM) TAHU DI DESA KABUNAN KECAMATAN BALEN KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

VILLAGE GOVERNMENT STRATEGY IN DEVELOPING MICRO SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSMEs) IN KABUNAN VILLAGE, BALEN DISTRICT, BOJONEGORO DISTRICT

Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM) Tahu Di Desa Kabunan Kecamatan Balen Kabupaten Bojonegoro dilakukan dengan 1). Melakukan identifikasi masalah dan potensi yang secara umum dihadapi dan dimiliki oleh UMKM Tahu Desa Kabunan, 2). Pemerintah desa menyusun program pengembangan UMKM Tahu Desa Kabunan secara umum berupa Pengembangan Sarana Prasaran Infrastruktur, Pengembangan Teknologi Produksi dan Pengembangan Sumberdaya Manusia, 3). Pemerintah Desa merealisasikan program dalam bentuk pembangunan saluran limbah produksi, penampung limbah produksi yang dapat manfaatkan menjadi biogas dan pelatihan Inovasi produk tahu dan branding hasil produksi tahu, 4). Pemerintah Desa melakukan pemantauan dan pengendalian dengan cara monitoring dan evaluasi bersama Pemerintah Kecamatan dan Tenaga Profesional Pendamping (TPP) Desa Kecamatan Balen, Kesimpulan Strategi Pengembangan UMKM Tahu yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Desa Kabunan Kecamatan Balen dilaksanakn dengan baik dan telah sesuai dengan tujuan.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a pillar of the national economy, their existence is very instrumental in reducing unemployment, being able to create jobs, reducing poverty, including Tofu MSMEs in Kabunan Village, Balen District, whose existence needs to be developed by the Village Government. A descriptive qualitative approach that aims to analyze and describe the MSME Development Strategy carried out by the Kabunan Village Government, Balen District, The research focus on Village Government Strategy refers to Article 91 of Law Number 7 of 2021 concerning Ease, Protection and Empowerment of Cooperatives and Micro, Small Enterprises and Intermediate. The results of the study explain that the Village Government strategy in the Development of Tofu Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kabunan Village, Balen District, Bojonegoro Regency is carried out by 1). Identify problems and potentials that are generally faced and owned by UKM Tahu Kabunan Village, 2). The village government compiles a program for the development of UKM Tahu Kabunan Village in general in the form of

Development of Infrastructure Facilities, Development of Production Technology and Development of Human Resources, 3). The Village Government realized the program in the form of building production waste channels, holding production waste that could be used to turn into biogas and training on tofu product innovation and branding of tofu production, 4). The Village Government carries out monitoring and control by means of monitoring and evaluation with the District Government and Companion Professional Staff (TPP) of Balen District Village, Conclusion of the Tofu MSME Development Strategy carried out by the Kabunan Village Government of Balen District is carried out properly and is in accordance with the objectives
