Management of Atlet Special Class at UNESA Labschool Junior High School 3
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi, dan evaluasi kelas khusus atlet di SMP Labschool UNESA 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber data didapatkan dari data primer, data yang didaptkan secara langsung di lokasi penelitian dengan interaksi bersama beberapa informan yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kurikulum, wakil kesiswaan, wali kelas, pendidik mata pelajaran dan peserta didik atlet, selain itu di lengkapi data sekunder dari beberapa dokumen pendukung. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data Model Miles et al. (2014) melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data penelitian diuji keabsahannya dengan meliputi , uji kredibilitas (credibility), uji transferabilitas (transferability), uji dependabilitas (dependability) dan uji konfirmabilitas (confirmability). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kelas khusus atlet merupakan respons strategis terhadap program DBON melalui kolaborasi antara Kemenpora, UNESA, dan sekolah, dengan penyesuaian Kurikulum Merdeka hingga 50% berdasarkan kebutuhan cabang olahraga peserta didik. Pengorganisasian dilakukan secara fleksibel melalui penyesuaian jadwal belajar, pemilihan pendidik yang mampu mengintegrasikan materi akademik dengan olahraga, serta pembagian peran yang jelas dalam tim manajerial sekolah. Implementasi pembelajaran menggabungkan pendekatan blended learning, project-based learning, dan strategi diferensiasi berbasis konteks olahraga, dengan dukungan platform teknologi untuk mendukung akses materi di tengah rutinitas latihan intensif. Evaluasi dilaksanakan secara adaptif menggunakan asesmen berbasis teknologi, pendampingan individual, dan evaluasi kurikulum secara berkala, yang berfokus tidak hanya pada capaian akademik, tetapi juga pada proses dan penyesuaian pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan.
This study aims to describe and analyze the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of special classes for athletes at UNESA Labschool Junior High School 3. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data sources are obtained from primary data, data obtained directly at the research location by interacting with several informants, namely the principal, deputy curriculum, deputy student affairs, homeroom teacher, subject educators and athlete students, in addition to secondary data from several supporting documents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the data analysis technique of Miles et al. (2014) through data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research data was tested for validity by including, credibility test, transferability test, dependability test and confirmability test. The results showed that the planning of special classes for athletes is a strategic response to the DBON program through collaboration between the Ministry of Youth and Sports, UNESA, and schools, with adjustments to the Merdeka Curriculum up to 50% based on the needs of students' sports. Organizing is done flexibly through adjusting the learning schedule, selecting educators who are able to integrate academic material with sports, and clearly dividing roles in the school managerial team. Implementation of learning incorporates blended learning, project-based learning, and sports context-based differentiation strategies, with the support of technology platforms to support access to materials in the midst of intensive training routines. Evaluation is adaptive using technology-based assessments, individualized mentoring and regular curriculum evaluation, focusing not only on academic outcomes but also on the process and continuous adjustment of learning.
