Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan self compassion bagi siswa MAN sebelum dan sesudah penerapan cognitive behavior therapy dengan nilai-nilai religius. (2) mendeskripsikan penerapan cognitive behavior therapy dengan nilai-nilai religius dalam meningkatkan self compassion bagi siswa MAN.
Metode penelitiani ini dengan desain pre experimen one group pre-test post-test design yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pelaksanaan dengan kondisi yang dianggap kesulitan bagi peneliti seperti pandemic covid-19. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 8 siswa-siswi yang diambil dari teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, skala self compassion (SCS), dokumentasi, hasil evaluasi konseli, dan skala efektifitas konseling.
Data hasil penelitian diperoleh berdasarkan skala self compassion (SCS) sebelum diberikan intervensi berupa penerapan cognitive behavior therapy dengan nilai-nilai religiusitas menunjukkan mean ranks sebesar 4,50 dan sum of ranks sebesar 36,00 pada positive ranks dengan jumlah N=8, selain itu berdasarkan hasil tes statistic melalui uji Wilcaxon Signed Ranks Test diperoleh Z= -2,527 dan asymp Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,012 yang berarti < 0,005 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Adapun hasil dari penerapan juga berdasarkan dari perubahan pada perlakuan-perlakuan dari hasil jurnal refleksi diri/ skala efektifitas konseling yang dilakukan oleh konselor pada layanan konseling bagi peserta didik.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan hasil analisis proses konseling, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat self compassion pada peserta didik antara sebelum dan sesudah penerapan layanan konseling kelompok cognitive behavior therapy dengan nilai-nilai religius.

This study aims to (1) determine the difference in the increase in self compassion for MAN students before and after the application of cognitive behavior therapy with religious values. (2) to describe the application of cognitive behavior therapy with religious values in increasing self-compassion for MAN students.
This research method with pre-experimental design one group pre-test post-test design which aims to simplify the implementation process with conditions that are considered difficult for researchers such as the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects of this research were 8 students who were taken from purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using interviews, self-compassion scale (SCS), documentation, counselee evaluation results, and counseling effectiveness scale.
The research data were obtained based on a scale of self compassion (SCS) before being given intervention in the form of cognitive behavior therapy application with religiosity values showing a mean rank of 4.50 and a sum of ranks of 36.00 on positive ranks with the number N = 8, besides that based on the results of statistical tests through the Wilcaxon Signed Ranks Test obtained Z = -2.527 and asymp Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.012 which means <0.005 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the application are also based on changes in the treatments of the results of the self-reflection journal / counseling effectiveness scale carried out by the counselor in counseling services for students.
Based on the results of data analysis and the results of the analysis of the counseling process, it can be concluded that there are differences in the level of self-compassion in students between before and after the application of counseling services for cognitive behavior therapy groups with religious values.
