The Influence of Teamwork Skills and Collaboration Skills on Critical Thinking Skills of students of SMKN 2 Surabaya
Skills adalah keterampilan meningkatkan kinerja untuk berkembang yang perlu diimpementasikan pada abad ke 21 berfokus pada konsep Tim dimana pembelajaran kelompok akan mempengaruhi cara berpikir siswa demi mengarah pada tujuan penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi, mengarah pada studi internasional yang menyatakan bahwa keterampilan berpikir siswa Indonesia dinilai masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh teamwork skills dan collaboration skills terhadap critical thinking skills. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif jenis survei menggunakan data primer pada populasi SMKN 2 Surabaya. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampliing mengambil 3 kelas kompetensi keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik TITL sebanyak 108 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda berbantuan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ditemukan nilai p value kurang dari 0,05 dapat diartikan teamwork skills memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap critical thinking skills, collaboration skills memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap critical thinking, teamwork skills dan collaboration skills bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap critical thinking skills. Kesimpulan didapatkan bahwa teamwork skills dan collaboration skills memiliki pengaruh terhadap critical thinking skills dengan kontribusi teamwork skills terhadap critical thinking skills sebesar 17,2 persen dan collaboration skills terhadap critical thinking skills sebesar 50,9 persen sisanya 31,9 persen disebabkan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti berpikir kreatif dan keterampilan adaptasi sosial. Implikasi hasil analisis menunjukkan guru dapat memandang teamwork skills dan collaboration skills sebagai alat meningkatkan critical thinking skills dengan penerapan pembelajaran yang tepat dalam meningkatkan critical thinking skills pada abad ke 21 yaitu Project Based Learning, karena PjBL bertujuan meningkatkan kerja sama dan kolaborasi siswa yang bersifat kelompok.
Skills are performance improvement skills to develop that need to be implemented in the 21st century focusing on the concept of Team where group learning will affect the way students think in order to lead to the goal of solving the problems faced, leading to international studies that state that the thinking skills of Indonesian students are still considered low. This study aims to determine the influence of teamwork skills and collaboration skills on critical thinking skills. This study uses a quantitative type of survey using primary data on the population of SMKN 2 Surabaya. Sampling using purposive sampling took 3 competency classes of Electrical Power Installation Engineering TITL expertise as many as 108 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used SPSS assisted double regression 23. The results of the study found that the p value of off less than 0,05 can be interpreted as teamwork skills have a significant positive influence on critical thinking skills, collaboration skills have a significant positive influence on critical thinking, teamwork skills and collaboration skills together have a positive influence on critical thinking skills. The conclusion was obtained that teamwork skills and collaboration skills have an influence on critical thinking skills with the contribution of teamwork skills to critical thinking skills by 17,2 percent and collaboration skills to critical thinking skills by 50,9 percent the remaining 31,9 percent was due to other variables that were not studied in this study like creative thinking and social adaptation skills. The implications of the analysis results show that teachers can view teamwork skills and collaboration skills as tools to improve critical thinking skills with the right application of learning in improving critical thinking skills in the 21st century, namely Project Based Learning, because PjBL aims to increase student cooperation and collaboration in groups.
