Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan bagian teknik PT X di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian teknik PT X berjumlah 41 karyawan. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala budaya organisasi dan skala komitmen organisasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotetsis menunjukan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,596 (r=596) dengan arah yang positif. Artinya terdapat hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi, sehingga semakin baik karyawan memaknai budaya organisasi, maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi pada karyawan bagian teknik PT X.

This study was to determine the relationship between organizational culture with organizational commitment to engineer employee in X Company. This research using quantitative approach method. The subjects in this study is engineer were 41 employee’s. Data is collected by organizational culture scale and commitment organizational scale. Data were analyzed by product moment technique. Result of study on hypothesis testing, there is positive correlations between organizational culture and organizational commitment which 0,596 (r=596). The result means, the better employee’s perception of organizational culture, it could make a strong commitment of engineer employee in X Company.
