Tradisi Tumpeng Sewu di Desa Kemiren Kecamatan Glagah Kabupaten Banyuwangi (Kajian Folklor)
Abstrak
Tradisi Tumpeng Sewu yaitu salah satu bentuk folklor setengah lisan yang ada di Desa Kemiren, Kecamatan Glagah, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. TTS (Tradisi Tumpeng Sewu) mempunyai tujuan sebagai bentuk puji syukur masyarakat Desa Kemiren kepada Allah SWT. yang sudah memberikan berkah kepada warga desanya. Bentuk puji syukur ini diwujudkan dengan selametan tumpeng pecel pitik. Rumusan masalahnya yaitu: (1) Asal mulanya, (2) prosesinya, dan (3) makna ubarampe Tradisi Tumpeng Sewu. Tujuan dari rumusan masalahnya yaitu mendeskripsikan (1) Asal mulanya, (2) Prosesinya, dan (3) Makna ubarampe Tradisi Tumpeng Sewu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Tempat penelitian ada di Desa Kemiren, Kecamatan Glagah, Kabupaten Banyuwangi dan objek yang diteliti yaitu tentang Tradisi Tumpeng Sewu. Sumber data dibagi menjadi dua, satu sumber data primer yaitu informan/narasumber dan observasi pelaksanakan TTS di hari-H, dua sumber data sekunder yaitu jurnal dan buku yang ada hubunganya dengan TTS. Data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kualitatif di antaranya adalah hasil wawancara narasumber, hasil observasi, dan isinya buku dan jurnal. Intrumen penelitian yaitu peneliti itu sendiri. Teknik mengumpulkan data ada tiga yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data/display, dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian TTS mengagambarakan ngenani asal mula TTS yaitu dimulai zaman dulu ketika desa kemiren belum menjadi permukiman, tepatnya ketika masih jadi kebon. Masyarakat ketika itu mempunyai nazar yaitu bila kebonya menghasilkan buah akan dilaksanakan selametan pecel pitik. Taun 2007 tradisi ini dinamai tumpeng sewu, karena setiap kepala keluarga (KK) yang jumlahnya seribu wajib membuat tumpeng pecel pitik. Kemudian prosesinya TTS yaitu dibagi tiga bagian: pertama persiapan dilaksanakan rapat, menyiapkan ubarampe dan perlengkapan. Kedua pelaksanakan digelar acara mepe kasur, lomba-lomba, arak-arakan barong dan selametan. Ketiga berakhir membersihkan tempat acara TTS. Dan terakhir ubarampe didalam TTS ada tumpeng pecel pitik, tumpeng serakat, sega golong, jenang abang putih.

Abstract
Tumpeng Sewu tradition is a form of semi-spoken folklore in Kemiren Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency. TTS (Tumpeng Sewu tradition) has a goal as a form of gratitude for the community of Kemiren Village to Allah SWT who has given the blessing to the villagers. This form of gratitude is manifested in the variety of tumpeng pecel pitik. The formulations of the problem are: (1) The origin, (2) The procession, and (3) The meaning of ubarampe Tumpeng Sewu Tradition. The purpose of the problem formulation is to describe (1) Origin, (2) Procession, and (3) meaning of ubarampe Tumpeng Sewu Tradition. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The research site is in Kemiren Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency and the object under study is the Tumpeng Sewu Tradition. Data sources are divided into two, one primary data source namely informants/interviewees and observations of the implementation of TTS on the D-day, two secondary data sources namely journals and books that have a relationship with TTS. The data in this study are qualitative data, including the results of interviews with sources, observations, and books and journals. The research instrument is the researcher. There are three techniques of collecting data namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, presentation/display, and concluding/verification. The results of the TTS research illustrate the origin of TTS, which began long ago when the village of Kemiren was not yet a settlement, to be precise when it was still a garden. The community at that time had a vow, that if the garden produced fruit, it would be carried out for the pecel pitik. In 2007, this tradition was called tumpeng sewu, because every thousand heads of family (KK) had to make tumpeng pecel pitik. Then the TTS process is divided into three parts: first, preparation for the meeting, preparing ubarampe, and equipment. Both of these events were held with mepe kasur, competitions, barong parades and selametan. The third ended up cleaning the TTS event venue. And finally ubarampe in TTS there are tumpeng pecel pitik, tumpeng serakat, sega golong, jenang abang putih.
