ANALISIS KONDISI FISIK PADA ATLET PUTRA UKM FLOORBALL UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA TAHUN 2022
ANALYSIS OF PHYSICAL CONDITIONS IN THE FLOORBALL STATE UNIVERSITY OF SURABAYA IN 2022
Kondisi fisik merupakan aspek yang sangat penting pada olahraga floorball agar para atlet dapat bermain dengan baik pada saat latihan maupun pertandingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kecepatan, kekuatan otot perut, kekuatan otot lengan dan ketahanan aerobik atlet putra Unit Kegaiatan Mahasiswa Floorball Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Sampel ditentukan sebanyak 15 atlet putra dengan waktu penelitian pada 30 – 31 Maret 2022 di Gor Bima Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes kecepatan lari 30 meter, tes kekuatan otot perut, tes kekuatan otot lengan dan tes ketahanan aerobik yang nantinya dihitung mean, persentase pada tes yang telah dilakukan atlet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, 40% atlet memiliki kecepatan yang baik dari program latihan Lari 30 meter, 66.3% atlet melakukan tes kekuatan otot perut dengan program latihan Bent knee sit-up dan 73.3% memiliki kekuatan otot lengan sangat kurang baik pada program latihan push up. Dari kategori ketahanan aerobik pada program latihan MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) mayoritas atlet bernilai sedang di 66.7%. Peneliti menyarankan untuk memberikan pelatihan signifikan yang berfokus pada latihan otot lengan karena kelemahan atlet berada pada titik tersebut.

Physical condition is a very important aspect of floorball so that athletes can play well during training and matches. This study aims to measure the level of speed, abdominal muscle strength, arm muscle strength and aerobic endurance of male athletes at the Floorball , State University of Surabaya. The sample was determined as many as 15 male athletes with the research time on March 30-31 2022 at Gor Bima, State University of Surabaya. This type of quantitative descriptive research was used, with data collection techniques in the form of a 30-meter running speed test, abdominal muscle strength test, arm muscle strength test and aerobic endurance test which later calculated the mean, percentage of the tests that had been carried out by athletes. The results showed that 40% of athletes had good speed from the 30 meter running training program, 66.3% of athletes tested abdominal muscle strength with the Bent knee sit-up and 73.3% had very poor arm muscle strength in the push up. From the aerobic endurance category in the MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) majority of athletes scored moderately at 66.7%. Researchers suggest providing significant training that focuses on arm muscle training because the athlete's weakness is at that point.
