Hubungan antara Meaningful Work dengan Kesejahteraan Psikologis pada Guru SD Non-ASN
The Relationship between Meaningful Work and Psychological Well-being in Non-ASN Elementary School Teacher
Guru merupakan sebuah profesi yang sangat penting bagi pendidikan bangsa, ditunjukkan pada perannya dalam mendidik generasi penerus. Namun, hingga saat ini isu mengenai kesenjangan kesejahteraan guru di Indonesia masih belum terselesaikan sepenuhnya. Khususnya kesenjangan antara tugas pekerjaan dan penghasilan yang diterima oleh guru non-ASN. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara meaningful work dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru non-ASN. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru sekolah dasar non-ASN di lokasi penelitian dengan jumlah 70 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampling pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Instrumen WAMI digunakan untuk mengukur meaningful work (Steger, 2011) dan Instrumen SPWB digunakan untuk mengukur kesejahteraan psikologis (Ryff, 2014). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pearson product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.771 (r=0.771) dengan taraf signifikan 0.000 (p<0.05), sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Selain itu, hasil tersebut menunjukkan hubungan signifikan yang kuat dan searah antara meaningful work dengan kesejahteraan psikologis. Sehingga, dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi meaningful work, maka semakin tinggi pula kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru sekolah dasar non-ASN.
Teachers are a very crucial profession for the nation's education, shown in their role in educating the next generation. However, until now the issue of teacher wellbeing disparity in Indonesia has not been fully resolved. Especially the gap between job duties and income received by non-ASN teachers. For this reason, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between meaningful work and psychological well-being in non-ASN teachers. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with a cross-sectional design. The subjects of this study were non-ASN elementary school teachers in the research location with a total of 70 teachers. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. The WAMI instrument was used to measure meaningful work (Steger, 2011) and the SPWB instrument was used to measure psychological well-being (Ryff, 2014). The data is analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results of data analysis showed a correlation value of 0.771 (r=0.771) with a significant level of 0.000 (p<0.05), so the research hypothesis is accepted. In addition, these results indicate a strong and unidirectional significant relationship between meaningful work and psychological well-being. Thus, it can be said that the higher the meaningful work, the higher the psychological well-being of non-ASN elementary school teachers.
