IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM TAHFIDZ AL-QUR`AN DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS SISWA SD ISLAM TERPADU GHILMANI
Implementation of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an Program in the Formation of Religious Character of Students at Ghilmani Integrated Islamic Elementary School

pemebemtukan karakter religius siswa SD islam Terpadu Ghilmani, Skripsi,
Surabaya, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, tahun 2025. Lembaga pendidikan tingkat dasar
merupakan wadah yang penting bagi pembentukan anak secara mendasar. Sekolah
Dasar Islam Terpadu Ghilmani merupakan salah satu sekolah yang menerapkan
pendidikan karakter. Sebagai internalisasi nilai-nilai religius, lembaga ini melakukan
optimalisasi melalui program Tahfidz al-Qur’an yang dapat mendukung proses
pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan
untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) pelaksanaan program Tahfidz al-Qur’an (2) respon siswa
terhadap program Tahfidz al-Qur’an dan (3) implikasi program Tahfidz al-Qur’an
dalam peningkatan karakter religius di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Ghilmani.
Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus.
Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data
dianalisis menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman dengan uji keabsahan melalui
triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
pelaksanaan program Tahfidz al-Qur’an berjalan terencana dan rutin melalui
kegiatan setoran hafalan, muroja’ah, tasmi’, munaqasah, dan imtihan. Siswa
memberikan respon positif karena merasa senang, termotivasi, dan lebih disiplin
dalam beribadah. Program ini berimplikasi pada pembentukan karakter religius
siswa seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kesabaran, dan kedisiplinan. Faktor
pendukung meliputi keteladanan guru tahfidz, lingkungan religius, dan dukungan
orang tua, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu kurangnya dukungan orang tua,
perbedaan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an, motivasi belajar yang berbeda, dan
ketidakteraturan kehadiran siswa. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
program Tahfidz al-Qur’an efektif dalam menumbuhkan karakter religius siswa.
Disarankan agar sekolah terus berinovasi dan memperkuat kolaborasi dengan orang
tua demi keberlanjutan pembinaan karakter Qur’ani.

institutions are important places for the fundamental development of children.
Ghilmani Integrated Islamic Elementary School is one of the schools that implements
character education. As an internalization of religious values, this institution
optimizes this through the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program, which can support the process
of shaping the religious character of students. This study aims to describe: (1) the
implementation of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program, (2) students' responses to the
Tahfidz al-Qur'an program, and (3) the implications of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program
in improving religious character at Ghilmani Integrated Islamic Elementary School.
The research approach uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data
collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data
were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method with validity testing through
triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results showed that the
implementation of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program was planned and routine through
activities such as memorization, muroja'ah, tasmi', munaqasah, and imtihan. Students
responded positively because they felt happy, motivated, and more disciplined in
worship. This program has implications for the formation of students' religious
character, such as honesty, responsibility, patience, and discipline. Supporting factors
include the exemplary behavior of tahfidz teachers, a religious environment, and
parental support, while inhibiting factors include a lack of parental support,
differences in al-Qur'an reading abilities, different learning motivations, and irregular
student attendance. The research conclusion shows that the Tahfidz al-Qur'an
program is effective in fostering students' religious character. It is recommended that
schools continue to innovate and strengthen collaboration with parents for the
sustainability of Qur'anic character building.
