Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan produk soal HOTS berbasis digital berbantuan media classpoint yang layak digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran mata pelajaran sejarah pada materi kerajaan islam yang ditinjau dari validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Desain uji coba produk yaitu melalui validasi oleh dosen ahli media dan ahli materi, kemudian revisi dan dilanjutkan uji coba lapangan di kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode validasi, observasi, tes dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan percentage of agreement, perhitungan N-gain dan presentase repon peserta didik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawa produk soal HOTS berbasis digital dengan berbantuan media classpoint yang telah dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran mata pelajaran sejarah pada materi kerajaan islam. Valid, ditinjau dari validitas media dengan percentage of agreement sebesar 95,9% dan validitas soal HOTS dengan percentage of agreement sebesar 94,7% yang berarti sangat valid. Praktis, ditinjau dari hasil observasi keterlaksanaan selama pembelajaran berlangsung dengan presentase sebesar 96% memiliki kategori terlaksana dengan sangat baik. Efektif, ditinjau dari (1) adanya pengingkatan skor pretest dan posttest dengan rata-rata skor N-gain sebesar 0.79 dengan kategori tinggi; (2) presentase skor N-gain sebesar 79% dengan kategori efektif; (3) hasil angket respon peserta didik dengan presentase sebesar 91% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya respon positif yang sangat baik dari siswa selama pembelajaran dengan menggunakn produk Soal HOTS berbasis digital berbantuan media classpoint pada materi kerajaan islam. Produk soal HOTS tersebut dapat dikembangkan secara luas pada materi sejarah lainnya dengan jenjang kelas yang berbeda, karena terbukti valid, prakis dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran berbasis digital.

The aim of this research is to produce a digital-based HOTS question product with the help of classpoint media which is suitable for use to support the learning of history subjects on Islamic kingdom material in terms of validity, practicality and effectiveness. This research uses the ADDIE model. The product trial design is through validation by media expert lecturers and material experts, then revised and continued with field trials in class. Data collection was carried out using validation, observation, test and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique uses percentage of agreement, N-gain calculation and percentage of student responses.
The results of the research show that the digital-based HOTS question product with the help of classpoint media that has been developed is suitable for use in learning history subjects on Islamic kingdom material. Valid, in terms of media validity with a percentage of agreement of 95.9% and HOTS question validity with a percentage of agreement of 94.7%, which means it is very valid. Practically, judging from the results of observations of implementation during learning, a percentage of 96% was in the very well implemented category. Effective, in terms of (1) there is an increase in pretest and posttest scores with an average N-gain score of 0.79 in the high category; (2) the percentage of N-gain score is 79% in the effective category; (3) the results of the student response questionnaire with a percentage of 91% in the very good category. This shows that there was a very good positive response from students during learning using digital-based HOTS question products assisted by classpoint media on Islamic kingdom material. The HOTS question product can be widely developed in other historical materials at different grade levels, because it has been proven to be valid, practical and effective for use in digital-based learning.
