Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support, Employee Training, Core Competencies, dan Self-Efficacy Terhadap Employee Performance. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 60 responden pada karyawan bagian non medis PT Cipta Nirmala Gresik. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software smartPLS 3.0.
Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support tidak berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance. Employee Training berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap terhadap Employee Performance. Core Competencies tidak berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance. Self-Efficacy berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap terhadap Employee Performance.
This research aims to determine and explain the effect of Perceived Organizational Support, Employee Training, Core Competencies, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance. This is a causal research with quantitative approach. The sample collecting technique is using sample saturation with 60 respondent of non medical employee PT Cipta Nirmala Gresik. The statistical analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the support of smartPLS software.
The results of this research show that Perceived Organizational Support has no significant effect on Employee Performance. Employee Training has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Core Competencies has no significant effect on Employee Performance. Self-Efficacy has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
