Penerapan sistem manajemen mutu merupakan faktor penting dalam menjamin mutu pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi, khususnya pada pekerjaan struktur atas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 pada proyek konstruksi ditinjau dari aspek pemantauan, perencanaan, dukungan, operasional, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi mutu. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar persyaratan ISO 9001:2015 telah diterapkan dengan baik, ditunjukkan melalui ketersediaan kebijakan mutu, rencana mutu proyek, metode kerja, pengendalian material, serta laporan uji material yang terverifikasi. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan beberapa ketidaksesuaian yang bersifat minor, terutama pada aspek pendokumentasian kegiatan inspeksi, evaluasi risiko, serta konsistensi pencatatan informasi terdokumentasi.
Secara keseluruhan, penerapan ISO 9001:2015 pada proyek telah berjalan sesuai dengan standar dan mampu mendukung pengendalian mutu pekerjaan. Meskipun demikian, diperlukan upaya peningkatan berkelanjutan, khususnya dalam peguatan sistem dokumentasi dan evaluasi kinerja mutu, agar efektivitas sistem manajemen mutu lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan.

The implementation of a quality management system is a crucial factor in ensuring the quality of construction project execution, particularly in superstructure works. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in a construction project in terms of leadership, planning, support, operation, as well as monitoring and evaluation of quality. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques consisting of field observations, interviews, and documentation studies.
The results indicate that most of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 have been properly implemented, as evidenced by the availability of a quality policy, project quality plan, work methods, material control, and verified material test reports. However, several minor nonconformities were identified, particularly related to the documentation of inspection activities, risk evaluation, and the consistency of documented information.
Overall, the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 in the project has been conducted in accordance with the standard and has supported quality control of the works. Nevertheless, continuous improvement is required, especially in strengthening the documentation system and quality performance evaluation, to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of the quality management system.
