Pengembangan Video Motion Graphic Materi Komunikasi Non Verbal untuk Mahasiswa S1 Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Surabaya

Development of Motion Graphic Video Non-Verbal Communication Material for Undergraduate Students of Education Technology Surabaya State University

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui kelayakan media video motion graphic 2) untuk mengetahui keefektifan media video motion graphic terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa semester satu prodi S1 Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Surabaya pada mata kuliah komunikasi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE dengan prosedurnya yaitu analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluate. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan dokumentasi, angket dan tes. Untuk menguji kelayakan media dan materi peneliti memberikan instrumen uji kelayakan kepada ahli media dan ahli materi. Berdasarkan validasi kelayakan dari ahli materi diperoleh hasil sebesar 91,67 % dan kelayakan media dan bahan penyerta diperoleh hasil sebesar 90 %. Selain itu peneliti juga memberikan angket pada mahasiswa semester satu teknologi pendidikan untuk mengetahui validasi dari pengguna. Analisis data dari angket mahasiswa tersebut mendapatkan nilai 87%. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui pengaruh media video motion graphic terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa menggunakan tes dengan desain kelas eksperimen One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design melalui 25 soal pilihan ganda pretest maupun posttest yang diberikan kepada 38 mahasiswa. Kemudian data dianalisis melalui SPSS 25. Pada analisis yang diperoleh nilai posttest lebih tinggi dari pretest dengan selisih 28.553.  Dari nilai pre test dan post test yang diberikan kepada 38 mahasiswa, didapatkan hasil uji normalitas tersebut diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,2 > 0,05 maka nilai dapat dinyatakan berdistribusi normal dan dilanjutkan dengan uji paired t test ditunjukkan nilai sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 dengan artian H0 ditolak dan Hα diterima. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa video motion graphic dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan media video motion graphic efektif dapat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa semester satu prodi S1 Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Surabaya pada mata kuliah komunikasi pembelajaran.

The objectives taken in this study were 1) to determine the feasibility of motion graphic video media 2) to determine the effectiveness of motion graphic video media on improving student learning outcomes in the first semester of assigned to students majoring in Undergraduate Study Program of Education Technology in State University of Surabaya in the subject of learning communication. The research method uses development research with the model used in this study using the ADDIE model with the procedures, namely analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluate. The data collection technique applied in this research is to use documentation, questionnaires and tests. To test the feasibility of the media and materials, the researcher gave a questionnaire instrument for the feasibility test to media experts and material experts. Based on the validation of the feasibility of the material experts obtained the results of 91.67% and the feasibility of the media and accompanying material obtained results of 90%. In addition, the researchers also gave a questionnaire to students to determine the validation from users to a large group of 38 students. Data analysis from student questionnaires got a value of 87 % Furthermore, to test the effectiveness of motion graphic video media on student learning outcomes, using a test with an experimental design of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design through 25 multiple choice questions pretest and posttest given to 38 students. Then the data was analyzed by using the paired T Test through SPSS 25. In the analysis obtained from the pre test and post test given to 38 students using the paired T Test, the value of sig. (2-tailed) was 0.00 < 0.05, which means H0 is rejected and Hα is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that motion graphic video is declared very suitable for use in learning activities and video motion graphic media can effectively improve the learning outcomes of first semester students majoring in Undergraduate Study Program of Education Technology in State University of Surabaya in the subject of learning communication.
