Raport merupakan hasil dari belajar mengajar siswa yang digunakan untuk menginformasikan kepada wali 

siswa dan berguna untuk mengevaluasi dari belajar siswa. Di SD Negeri Pagak Kabupaten Pasuruan, 

perekapan nilai siswa masih secara manual sehingga cukup lama untuk merekp hasil belajar dan terdapat 

wali murid yang kesulitan untuk mengawasi hasil dari belajar siswa. Untuk itu dibuatlah sistem informasi 

raport online berbasis web dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel dan dengan menggunakan metode 

waterfall, yang dapat menunjang kebutuhan informasi wali murid dan sebagai tempat pengolahan nilai 

siswa untuk membantu guru. Sistem Informasi Raport Online telah berhasil dibuat dengan tujuan

memudahkan dalam hal pengolahan siswa dan dapat dibuktikan dengan pengujian sistem yang dilakukan 

penyebaran kuisioner ke semua guru dan sebagian wali murid di SD Negeri Pagak Kabupaten Pasuruan.

Hasil dari akumulasi kuisioner responden guru mendapatkan skor 70% dengan kategori kelayakan “baik”. 

Sedangkan hasil akumulasi kuisioner dari wali murid mendapatkan 82% dengan kategori kelayakan “sangat 

baik”.

Report cards are the result of student teaching and learning which is used to inform student guardians and 

is useful for evaluating student learning. In Pagak State Elementary School, Pasuruan Regency, the recording 

of student grades is still manual so it is long enough to recap the results of learning and there are guardians 

of students who have difficulty monitoring the results of student learning. For this reason, a web-based 

online report card information system is made using the Laravel Framework and by using the waterfall 

method, which can support the information needs of student guardians and as a place for processing student 

grades to help teachers. Online Raport Information System has been successfully created with the aim of 

facilitating the processing of students and can be proven by testing the system by distributing questionnaires 

to all teachers and some student guardians in SD Negeri Pagak, Pasuruan Regency. The results of the 

accumulation of questionnaire teacher respondents get a score of 70% with the category of "good" eligibility. 

While the results of the accumulation of questionnaires from student guardians received 82% with the 

category of "very good" eligibility.
