Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui self esteem korban bullying  di SMA Negeri 4 Pasuruan. Self  esteem atau yang biasa disebut harga diri adalah suatu evaluasi positif maupun negatif dari individu terhadap dirinya sendiri. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek siswa kelas XI yang menjadi korban bullying. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Angket digunakan untuk mengetahui jenis atau tingkat self esteem yang dimiliki korban bullying, teknik wawancara dilakukan dengan tidak terstruktur dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara, sedangkan dokumentasi dilakukan untuk mendukung hasil penelitian. Analisis data penelitian bersifat deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa tingkat self esteem korban bullying yang ada di SMA Negeri 4 Pasuruan sedang dan tinggi. Banyak aspek pendukung self esteem yang dimiliki seperti phsycal self esteem, social self esteem, dan performance self esteem. Tingkat self esteem setiap subjek berbeda-beda, hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh bebrbagai macam hal baik dari dalam diri individu maupun luar. Sehingga tingkat self esteem tinggi akan berdampak positif dalam kehidupan subjek. Peranan konselor juga membantu dalam menangani siswa yang menjadi korban bullying sehingga self esteem siswa meningkat.

This study aims to determine the self-esteem of victims of bullying at Senior High School 4 Pasuruan. Self esteem is a postive evaluation or negative evaluation from the individuals to themselves. The determine arms. This study included the type of qualitative research with the subject of class XI students who were victims of bullying. The data collection methods are questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Questionnaires are used to determine the type or level of self esteem that is owned by victims of bullying, interviewing techniques are conducted in an unstructured manner using interview guidelines, while documentation is done to support the results of the study. Analysis of research data is descriptive. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the level of self-esteem of victims of bullying in SMA Negeri 4 Pasuruan was moderate and high. Many aspects of supporting self esteem are owned such as phsycal self esteem, social self esteem, and self esteem performance.

The level of self esteem of each subject varies, it is influenced by various kinds of things both from within the individual and outside. So the level of high self esteem will have a positive impact on the life of the subject. The role of the counselor also helps in handling students who are victims of bullying so that student self esteem increases.
