The Effect of Seamless Learning toward Sosial-Emotional Development of Children Age 5-6 Years
Responsibility skills is a part of the development of children's social-emotional that is very important to give the right stimulation. The stimulation's giving in responsibility skills could be given since in early childhood through learning gradually or continuity. One of the learnings that are continuity is seamless learning. Seamless learning is a learning that has continuity learning concept without time and spaces limitations with a child learning experience to use moving equipment. This research is motivated by the low ability of responsibility in children aged 5-6 years. This is proved with the lower of children ability in knowing their right, putting the things back to the place after using it (toys, stationery), finishing their task (home works, school works), and applying help, sorry and thanks words. This research's aim to find out the effect of seamless learning towards social-emotional development in children aged 5-6 years. This research is using a quantitative approach with research's type survey. The data collection technique in this research is through the online questionnaire, which is distributed using a google form to children parents aged 5-6 years in Kindergarten A. The decision taking in this research is using simple regression analysis with signification score is that if signification score is < 0,05, then Ho is rejected meanwhile if signification score is > 0,05 then Ho is accepted. The results in this research are Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted, which means there is an effect from the seamless learning towards the social-emotional development of children aged 5-6 years. The existence of this influence is evidenced by the increasing ability of children's responsibilities, such as children becoming bolder when expressing opinions, children can re-tidy up the tools and materials that have been used, and children are better able to complete their tasks.
